 + 0 moreDifficult to get a call back. I had to call several times. The quote I eventually got was more than double than the others for less work performed. It seemed that they either didn't want this work, or had so much work that they give out super-expensive quotes to people to see how desperate they are. Ethically questionable at best, but the good news is there are better options if you look!

 + -1 moreJason and Martin arrived ahead of schedule. They were very professional and were very careful not to get soot on the floor and in the air. They explained what they were doing and addressed all of our questions. I would definitely use them again in the future!
Description of Work: They provided two services for me. First, the swept and inspected upstairs fireplace and everything was okay. Secondly, in the downstairs unit, they removed the insert and reattached the rotary damper which was stuck in the closed position. They inspected it with a camera and found no obstructions. They then cleaned it and inserted glass.

 + -1 moreTech showed up and put down his drop cloth, set up his tools and started working. Efficient and professional. Cleaned and wiped down the stove and surrounding area of ash. Used a HEPA vacuum to keep the dust down and clean up the area.
