Jason was not only knowledgeable and professional, he was courteous and helpful, even when he didn't have to be. He went to extra lengths to help me with my dishwasher and even repaired a mistake I had made when I told him he didn't have to. Hire him!!!!!

JB Appliance Repair rearranged his schedule to come fix my fridge on very short notice before I went away for the weekend. Excellent all the way around. Once the fridge was fixed, JB then cleaned/tuned it up. Very amazing experience.

Jason is amazing! Really knows his stuff--quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me how he planned to fix it, was very familiar with the make and model of my refrigerator, etc. In addition to all that, his customer service is excellent. I agree w/Nancy F--I've found my appliance repair man!

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. About 10 minutes before he arrived our power went out and he was able to spot the problem and fix it even without power. How great is that ?
