I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE 3 TIMES AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT. NO ONE EVER CAME OR CALLED SO NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. THE ROOFING ESTIMATOR WAS REALLY GOOD, BUT THE OFFICE RESPONSIVENESS WAS TERRIBLE.

They did a good job. They even cleaned up well after themselves. This was covered by my insurance company.

Very good work. They were meticulous about keeping nails out of shrubbery & the lawn & leaving the place clean. Work was fast and they were very good about ensuring everything was done right - coming back to fix a small problem. Danny was personable, fair, & professional. I am always concerned when I work with a highly rated company that they might be starting to take it easy. This group is still on top.

Having never worked with a roofer before, I was initially hesitant to do so, but Danny gave a fair estimate, scheduled the work crew, talked with my insurance adjuster and inspected the final job. Worry-free and now the house is ready for winter.

James Cambron, the Company's representative, was very cooperative in getting the job underway and accomplished as projected. A large crew did the complete installation in one day and it looks as if it was well done.

They did the job remarkably quick. This took a day and a half. They had lots of workers worked long hours. Chris was outstanding. He was very customer oriented and ensured the project went smoothly.

J&K did a great job on my roof and I found the man very pleasant to work with. They were a little late getting started on the job but that was fine as I suspected it was due to the weather. The insurance helped pay for their work to be done. After they were finished, they cleaned up my yard well.

After contacting 3 good companies to bid this job, Randy James, the sales guy from J&K, made multiple trips to my house with great "follow through" and really wanted the job. I hired J&K and was amazed how quickly they redid the roof (about 2 1/2 days) and how incredibly accommodating they were. There were some aesthetic problems with the flashing on the front of the house and Randy came by personally with some of the crew to redo it. I feel they really did everything they could to finish the job correctly and make me happy.... And I am. My roof looks great.

Roofers took care of addition roof in one day. Chuck was here for three solid days from sunup to sundown removing old shakes on west-facing dormer and replacing with cedar shingles. Each was hand-cut - Chuck's eye for detail is unparalleled. All areas were properly flashed and caulked to seal against elements, and the end job looks fantastic. We plan on using them again for the east side of the house when that day comes. Excellent communication and a perfect job.

They came on time for the bid. They were pretty friendly and sounded like they actually wanted the job. They were very helpful and professional. They broke down the bid in order to let me know exactly what everything is going to cost just to help me understand. I would definitely recommend.

They did a good job. The sales person I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I pointed out something they forgot to do he had them correct the issue right away. I would use them again.

They did the job in one day. They had good preparation and follow through and they are friendly.

Randy James was great. He monitored his team's performance and joined me in a final inspection. When an electrical support on the garage was found to not be up to spec he sent a workman out to repair. I'd hire these guys again in a New York minute.

They are terrific. Very knowledgeable, helped get HOA to approve a Class IV roof for significant insurance discount. Work was done in a timely manner, excellent workmanship, cleaned up thoroughly. Can't say enough good things. I worked with Randy James and he kept me informed throughout the whole process, came the day of the work to see how it was going, followed up afterward. Excellent experience. Many folks in my neighborhood have used this company. I've heard NO complaints.

Went well, a good crew of workers completed the project in 2 days! There was one slight problem (my husband caught it, I can't remember what it was) and a supervisor came out the next day to fix it. Quality work, quick, clean, guaranteed. I'd recommend them to others.

Excellent service and product. Calls were always returned promptly. Pleasant staff to work with who well informed and was always courteous. The work was commenced and completed as promised. I couldn't have been more satisfied and pleased with the results, and I would certainly utilize this company in the future for all my roofing needs.

They did a very good job. They were able to do all work in 8 hours. I didn't have to worry about the waether. They cleaned their mess, picked up all nails. Very courteous.

Randy James returned my initial call for someone to look at my roof. I had found several shingles in my yard and wasn't sure how many had blown off. He came the next business day (Monday), presented digital pictures of the damage and a bid to do the repairs via email. We were able to discuss the situation on the phone and my roof was repaired that same week on Friday. After starting, Randy discovered the damage was more extensive than he originally thought, but he was quick to say that the cost would remain as originally estimated. Randy arrived on time and was very thorough. He takes pride in his work, cleaned up all debris and came back to my house on Tuesday to inspect the shingles and secure the edges as needed. I feel very confident that I have a secure roof that will last me for several years. Randy is very pleasant, friendly and professional. I trust his ethics and appreciate the manner in which he conducts his business. I highly recommend him and J&K Roofing!

I worked with Randy James. He was very prompt on all his scheduled visits. All work was completed in a timely manner. The work done was excellent. His workers were pleasant and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They covered some woodpecker holes in the sides of my house that could only be reached by leaning over the roof at a location 3 stories from the ground! That was very appreciated. The price was comparable to other bids. Randy worked with the insurance company to add a supplement to the insurance adjustor's estimate or repairs. Overall the experience was excellent.

Some rescheduling was needed and proper number of vents not installed at first, needing another appointment. They were polite, professional and did a very nice job. They did not honor the Angie's list coupon.

Excellent experience, both with J.Cambron and with the roofer himself. Very pleasant and willing to explain what they were doing. In particular, I was prepared to contract for a complete new roof, but Mr.Cambron felt that the repair would take the roof another 5 years. It would have been very easy for him to have sold me a far more expensive job than he did.

I was simply amazed at how hard and fast the team of roofers worked. They completely torn off the old roof and install the new one in one day! They were very polite and cleaned up all the mess. I was very impressed. The patio needed extra repairs before the roof could be installed, but Harley came out on a Sunday and worked all day. Having to deal with estimates, I had to put up with you need your husband there, you'll forget to tell him things a lot. I liked working with Chris Huke. He was very polite and was always available to answer any questions I had. He treated me like I had a brain and could make a decision on my own. With the help of Angie's List I feel I made the best choice and highly recommend this company!

Quote was timely and they held to the estimate. Work required 3 trips; first effort did not have enough shingles; second effort missed some areas on back of house. Contractor was very responsive and took care of issues. Workers did not speak much English, were loud at times and left two empty cans and cigarette butts in the yard. Their quote came in nearly $1500 less than other contractors. In the end, work was good. Be careful to inspect final product before rendering payment.
