The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly thoroughly explaining issues and options with our older home. The kitchen faucet was not repairable successfully with new parts due to age so we have chosen to purchase another faucet set. We absolutely hope C.J. will be able to come back and install it for us as it was a pleasure to work with him today.

It went great felt sorry for him had a down tree and he had to walk into the resident to get the job done. He did a good job and in a timely fashion.

Steven knew exactly how to solve the problem. He knew the type of faucet, had the necessary spare parts and tools, made a decent price and repaired within 20 minutes. He was better than a competitor in every category.

The tech was great. He answered all my questions, and was very professional. In the end, everything worked and looked great. The service was a little pricey. To get the home inspection and the shower fixed it cost over $500.

It went well. The only thing that was not so great was I was charged $50 on top of the fix just to come out. Every other company: 1. charges $30 or less to come out 2. Put the that charge toward the cost of the fix. High 5 did not do this. I feel like they took advantage of this me in and the situation I was in. If you have the option, I would suggest having other companies come and give you a quote before going with high 5.

The work High 5 did for us went great! We had them replace two upstairs toilets and man what a difference it made! The service techs were super nice, knowledgeable and trustworthy! High 5 was great! They called before they arrived and were very honest and upfront about what needed to be done to repair my sink that was leaking. They gave me a fair price and charged me exactly what they quoted me when the job was done. I would recommend High 5 to anyone - family or friends.

Bad service! Monday Dec 23 I was counting expertise of a plumber from High 5 Plumbing to determine source of water leak and stop it. I said I believe a majority of it is from water spilling onto floor from shower but secondary leak coming from toilet drain. I showed him the drain with drip lines on the drain pipe showing it has been leaking. I showed him how it looks like the joint where toilet flange is attached to the drain is leaking because there is no evidence of drips around the drain above the joint, The drip lines only start at the joint. He flushed toilet a few times but no water dripped at the joint. The plumber pointed out there is a partial clog when flushing the toilet and said that is the cause of water overflowing then getting down to drip around the drain to the ceiling below. I was wanting to change out toilet for a low-flow toilet and if toilet was going to have to be pulled to fix the drain, then I was going to let him fix the drain and I would replace the toilet. I relied on his expertise to determine cause of water leaking. Since he said it was the toilet, he snaked the toilet only (about 2 feet) for $160. Seems high cost compared to drain clearing/cleaning companies that will run a snake 75 feet out for only $125 but if that resolved the water leak, I am happy. Twelve days later on Saturday I replaced the toilet with a lower volume toilet so it would not overflow even if clogged.. After I completed the installation, I flushed it a lot to test for leaks. Toilet did not leak but the drain did. It leaks at the joint where toilet flange is attached to drain below- the the area of concern I had pointed out to the plumber when he was out Dec 23. I called High 5 to tell them the water leak had not been stopped. No one available to check it then so appointment was made for first think Monday. I was concerned about the cost and very frustrated that the leak was not fixed first time. I was told the $160 paid on first trip would be applied to the repair on this trip. I was quoted repair for $640 with no credit applied from what I already paid to have leak fixed. After expressing that I do not feel their assessment of cause of leak (and the $160 repair) was not correct, they said I would get about $55 credit towards the $640 repair. I feel they were wrong in what they said was cause of water leak and should refund me the $160.

Everyone in the transaction was very courteous. Tex showed up right on time, after receiving call and email that he was in his way. Only complaint was that he did get some solder on our painted wall.
