+ -1 moreRyan was responsive, prompt, punctual, polite and professional, a joy to work with. He took a job that had gone south in a bad way due to a negligent contractor and fixed it beyond our expectations. The final flooring finish is stunning, and Ryan kept at it until it was perfect, both to his own high standards and to ours. He showed up when he said he would, communicated effectively, consulted us along the way, and did an excellent job of setting expectations and then proceeding to meet or exceed them. Top notch work, recommend this outfit most highly and without reservation.
Description of Work: Ryan at Golden Floor Preparations repaired damage done by a previous contractor on a stained concrete floor in our basement, and finished the staining and sealing. He also ground away and re-poured a micro-topping layer that the previous contractor had messed up, then stained and sealed that as well.
