No charge for coming back out, and Brian wanted to "make things right", both in terms of the solution and what I had paid originally -- which is commendable. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Fast same day service. Charged $250, I think it should have been $150 to $180.

No one likes to spend money when it's not expected, but the whole experience with Brighton Plumbing and Heating was great.

We had used Brian in the past when the control board in our furnace went out. We had such a good experience that when our water heater started acting up we knew who to call. We called Brian and told him our pilot light would not light, he came out to look at it and trouble shoot. He cleaned the interior really well for no charge and got the water heater working. Brian said that our water heater was on its last leg. The fix worked for a couple weeks but then went out again. He said he could replace a couple key parts or replace the water heater. We opted to replace the water heater since we were ready to upgrade to a bigger tank. When we replaced the tank Brian was out of town but still called and said which of his guy's would be calling to help us. Jeff came and replaced the water heater. He was friendly and efficent in his work. We have had no problems since our new water heater was installed. Everytime we have needed to use Brighton Plumbing, Heating and Air we have been super pleased with the service in every aspect!

I called Brighton plumbing and was contacted within a few hours. They set an appt. to come in two days and do the repairs. They arrived in the 2 hr window given. They knew exactly what to do to fix the valve. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They provided me with a quote before the work was performed and asked if they should continue. I felt no pressure to buy their services. They did a great job.

I called on the weekend and left a message. Brian called me back the same day (even though it was a Saturday) to let me know he would give me a call to schedule when he was back home in CO from NE the following Monday. When he called to schedule, I really appreciated that he scheduled me a little later than his normal work hours due to conflicts with my work hours. I hired him to do a furnace tune-up and fix a faucet leak in my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable in his work and explained things to me as he went along. The issue with my faucet ended up just being attributed to construction debris and didn't even require a new part. Which he didn't even charge me for spending the time to remove the debris for me! You never know with contractors these days, but I HIGHLY recommend Brian. He is courteous, easy going, knowledgeable and above all, FAIR and HONEST. If you like those last 2 qualities, you would be a fool not to use Brian and his team.

I called a coworker to ask for a recommendation and she told me to call Brian at Brighton Plumbing and Heating. I left a message at 7:30 in the morning and Brian called me back within 20 minutes. He gave me several time slots he was available and I chose the soonest one at 10:00. Brian said he would be at my house between 10 a.m. and 12 Noon. Brian arrived promptly at 10 a.m. with a co-worker. Both were very nice. I explained what I had done to evaluate the problem, and they went down to the basement to check the furnace. They spent about 15 minutes investigating possible causes and confirmed a sensor was burned out and not working. Brian had the part in his truck and fixed the furnace in about 15 minutes. He told me it would be $135.00 for the repair. He was willing to take cash, check or credit card. I wrote a check and he gave me a receipt. They fixed the furnace, were prompt, courteous and straightforward. A very pleasant transaction.

After calling other HVAC companies and receiving no response or long wait-times to get the work performed, I called Brighton Plumbing, Heating, and Air. I spoke with Brian and he was very friendly and easy-going. He indicated they could schedule me in the next day, but he was on a job and he would give me a call later in the evening to set up the time. True to his word, he did call back. Two technicians arrived for the job and were very friendly and courteous. They answered my questions and were able to quickly identify the problem as a simple gas pressure adjustment. They performed the adjustment and the service for the amount quoted and encouraged me to contact them should there be any question or additional concerns. They definitely had the opportunity to perform additional unnecessary work; however, they were honest and upfront about it being a simple fix. I was definitely pleased with the service.

Brighton Plumbing Htg & Air does an excellent job. They are very clean, reliable, personable, and cautious. I like that they'll do the job the way it needs to be done and you can have confidence it will be done correctly. They don't charge an arm and a leg. They won't tag on a bunch of charges or charge an after hour fee.

Brain O’Hara was the nicest guy talk to. He was real cool and no pressure. So when the furnace was acting up, so we called the same place. The guy who came out owns his own company but sub-contracts for Brighton Plumbing, Heating & Air and his name is Victor Tallon. They were both very professional.

I had a coupon for furnace inspection and I called Brian. I found him to be prompt and efficient. He assured me the furnace was in good operating condition. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his great personality,.

Brian arrived at our house within 2 hours of my call to evaluate a situation regarding our 2 water heaters, one of which had started leaking and stopped heating the night before. He presented a few scenarios of how to handle the situation along with prices. As I had been thinking that maybe it would be wise to just go ahead and replace both water heaters since our 2nd one was also old, he described a process that might get a few more years out of the working one. He also explained the history, quality and dependability of a few brands. He could have made a lot of money from our situation, but instead was extremely honest, attentive, and offered a solution that was perfect for us. We went with having the working water heater serviced which included replacing a rod, and then bought a replacement water heater. a bonus on the day of the evaluation was that Brian let me drag him around my house to ask him other plumbing questions. He was wonderful, and I told him he now has a new long-term customer!
