They did a fantastic job at replacing the pilot assembly in my propane fireplace. Made sure to fully test and inspect for leaks before the job was completed.

Our service technician, Elijah, was great! Our gas fireplace had thick soot on the glass, so much that you could barely see the flame! he addressed the problem, solved it, and educated us on the issue in very professional and helpful way. the fireplace looks and works like new now...we can enjoy it through the winter months again!

He went beyond my expectations and did a great job.

No work actually performed, cannot rate that.

Stephen and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional and did all the work, including plumbing, electrical, framing, tile work and fireplace install. They finished a day early and we love the results. We highly recommend them.

Called to confirm appt. Steve asked to move appt up 3 hr. We were 0k with the change and he stated that he would be at our house between noon and 12:30. He finally called after 1pm and said he could "possibly" be here at 1:30pm We said we were unable, as having already change original appt for him, and then waited over an hour for a NO-SHOW. We asked if we could reschedule the following week. After a number of "hmmmm....well.......uh..", Steve said, "You know I feel really uncomfortable doing business with you when you can't even make our initial appointment. You made it seem you were open whenever I showed up." Needless to say, we told him we would find someone else. The absolute lack of customer service, and then the extreme rude scolding he felt he was in a position to give, is one of the worst experiences we've ever had. I almost laughed when Steve started to lecture me "on reliability", but I quickly realized he was joking. If their workmanship is as lousy as their ability to show up, then I am so grateful we dodged an expensive bullet. Reminds me of a kid blaming someone else for not doing their homework. Ugggg.

Very professional and thorough job done! Each technician was knowledgeable, worked quickly and very polite. I would hire them again or recommend to anyone without question.
