My entire home was completed in one day, basement windows and main floor windows. All the old ones they removed and beautiful new ones installed. Outstanding. Ron came to my house on a weekend morning, which was very helpful with my work schedule. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for good quality windows. The 2 installers were fantastic. In two days, they replaced all the windows. They were quiet, efficient, and didn't leave a trace. I was so impressed with their work and how professional they were. I am really happy with the windows. It's so much quieter in the house now! I absolutely love them, and have gotten compliments from friends that are visiting. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Windows. That was one of the best experiences I've had with home improvement. Excellent service, knowledgeable and honest owner and installers, and a great product.

Our front windows were really needing to be replaced. Dawn Windows came out to consult about the windows they offer. When we agreed to their proposal, they sent out two installers to measure for the four windows we were replacing. It took about 6 weeks for the windows to be made. We set a date for installation, they came out on schedule and installed the four windows in one day. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installers were very pleasant and professional. When we decide to replace the remaining windows in the back of the house we will be calling Dawn Windows.

We contacted Dawn windows for a quote to replace the windows in our 30 year old home. The sales person was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Their windows seemed to be of good quality and the quote was appropriate and in-line with other prices. We ultimately decided to go with another company, but if you are in the Market, I think it is worth getting a quote from Dawn.

I cannot praise Dawn Windows enough. The measures/installers, Vince and Daryl, are complete professionals. They come on time, work quietly and efficiently, clean up each day, and are in general, very easy to work with. We used Dawn Windows in another house several years ago. When a catastrophic hail storm severely damaged our windows in August, we only called Dawn. We knew that we could trust Ron, the owner, and Vince and Daryl, to give us an excellent product. The house was already decorated for Christmas, but because Vince and Daryl work as a perfect team, the disruption was minimal. They completed each window and each room in a logical order; curtains and blinds that came down in the morning were replaced by the end of each day. The interior work took less than 5 work days; exterior trim work took another 3 days, but the exterior work did not impact family life at all. Now we have, for the first time in this house, windows that are not only beautiful, but are also draught-free. We give Dawn Windows our very highest recommendation.

The sales rep was very honest and pleasant to deal with. The install crew did a fantastic job on installation and clean up. All went well and we are totally pleased.

We had a couple of miscommunication hiccups but they were able to fix them quickly and get the job done. The president of the company showed up for the initial pitch and worked with us all the way through. The installers were veterans of the company and did a professional job. We are very happy. The final quote was thousands less than the competitors. We couldn't believe it when we saw the number. Glad we went with a family business and not corporate.

I bought 2 big deals that were supposed to be pay $99 to get $500 worth of windows. I was getting ready to move and wanted to replace 8 small basement windows. I had done some research on line and found $100 replacement windows matching the size I needed all over the internet so I thought the $1000 coupon I bought would come fairly close to covering the cost. Ron was timely in responding and showed up on time, but be the time he was done with his sales pitch I received a quote for five thousand dollars - but I would get a free cruise! I had no interest in a cruise and I had a heck of a time wrapping my head around the 500% increase over the cost I had found online. I sent an email to Ron asking what the huge difference was and what about the $1000 credit and this is what I got back: "those windows running about 5 50 a piece install and you have extra labor I took $200 off your bill this is the better deal and you pon you trip is been mailed everything is going your way because you bought 8 windows" At this point I realized I was stuck with a bait and switch deal and I just ate the $198. Very bad experience overall, and I definitely didn't go for the $5K quote. I got two other quotes that both came in under $2,000 and then the house sold quickly so I didn't have the work done.

It didn’t work out for me. The scheduling was hard. They never had a time on inputs. The selection of the window panels was not the one I wanted. They have a very limited selection for the patio doors. The price was fine.

Friendly, prompt, good installers, courteous, professional, good quality. Would definitely recommend or use again. Ron was the intial salesperson, casual but knowledgeable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had a bad experience with them. It was way expensive so we didn't use it. When I called the guy to try to talk to him, he's like, "Well, I'm sorry about that because you lost your $100." So I didn't get any windows. They did call back quickly after I purchased the deal. They had somebody come out right away and show up on time. But I never could get a straight answer if the window was actually gonna be $1,100 because I had the $500 credit or if it was actually a $2,100 window. $1,600 is just too much for a sliding glass window.

It went very well. I love their price. They are affordable. Their quality of work is very good. They are very informative and quick.

They did an excellent job, were very clean and performed the work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them, and would use them again.

It went wonderfully! I have been delighted with every aspect of the project that Dawn did for me. The windows are beautiful. I really loved that the same team measured, removed old windows, installed and cleaned up on this project.. This team, Vince and Daryl, were excellent in every way. These are two nice guys who know exactly what they are doing. Their workmanship is superior, they were considerate of my request and my security. I have already referred 4 of my friends to this company. The neighbors have even commented positively on the my new windows and the whole process.

Each contact I had with Dawn Windows was great. From the first contact with the woman who scheduled Ron to do the estimate through to the completion of 7 windows installed. Ron came out to do the estimate. I really enjoyed meeting with him. He was friendly and really seemed to care about his workers and the environment. His windows are locally made in Colorado and therefore he had the best turnaround time of 3 weeks. Other estimates were coming in at 5 weeks due to the custom size of the windows and the need to have them made across the country. His windows also had the best guarantee for workmanship. We can even transfer the guarantee to new owners if we sell the home. And, his cost was far less than the other estimates I received. Darrell called to size the windows and schedule a time to install. Everything went very smoothly. The windows look great! I was just telling my husband that I think Dawn Windows just knows how to run a business! They do a great job. They have a great product. And they show that they care about people and the environment. Overall, FANTASTIC!

I bought the Big Deal that was offered. The installer called me a couple days later to schedule the estimate and get measurements. A few weeks later, the door was installed. What a difference the new door makes! It blocks the heat.......what an amazing product! I can't say enough about it. I'm putting my house up for sale, so Ron was able to work with me on the price. The installer, Rick, was on time and had the patio door installed in a couple of hours. I will definitely use this company in the future.

The two guys from Dawn Windows were on time, very polite and professional. The new windows look fantastic. They also cleaned thoroughly after each window install. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I actually already gave their contact information to a friend who's looking to replace their windows.

I feel that the contractor tried to upsell me, and it wasn't what I was looking for. I didn't use the Big Deal.

They did an excellent job. The windows are very nice, they work very well. They were courteous, personable, responsible, punctual, professional. I could have probably gotten someone else to do it for cheaper, but their price is very fari, esp. because the quality of the windows and workmanship is so high. I would definitely use them again.

Dawn Windows was the fourth out of four companies we requested an estimate from. We chose them based on their positive reviews here on Angie's List. When the sales representative (TJ) arrived he was very nice and we sat and chatted about my needs for the home. As he began to tell me about the product his company installs (they are installers NOT manufacturers) he did not do a great job. Having been through three prior pitches before this, it seemed like I knew more than him. However, I could clearly see that the product they install was on par with the other companies I looked at. If this was my first experience, I do not feel that I would have learned much from the sales information. After the information session, we went around and measured the windows and talked about what type of window I wanted for each replacement. I felt like the sales representative was not on his game as I had to keep reminding him of things. He double counted one window and forgot to measure another. We then sat to discuss price. He worked out the price from his sheets based on the size and type of windows required. The first total was around $11,000. This is where the phony sales pitches come in to play. Not only was I qualified for a 50% discount, I could get a free cruise AND free screens! So, the final price came in at 50% off the total. However, I felt like this was a shady practice. Come on, free screens! If I bought all new windows and did not get free screens I would be appalled. Note that at no time yet have I actually seen a window sample! I asked TJ if the local manufacture had a showroom that I could go to in order to see the windows themselves, or if he had a sample he could show me. He did not have a sample nor did he know if the local manufacturer had a showroom. His suggestions was that he might be able to contact a prior customer to see if it was OK if I came over to see their windows. I asked him to get back to me about the showroom. One week later, he called me to say he had a sample he could bring by.
