When removing a tree, the workmen had a branch fall which touched a rain gutter, and they had the gutter replaced that same day, naturally at their expense.

Weather played a role a few times, Eric and his team stuck with it through rescheduling and they worked around crazy, unplanned physical barriers on the site. I appreciated the whole team's friendly approach and excellent work.

Eric was very personable and very interested in my satisfaction. He cleaned up our aspen, but missed a few branches which I didn't notice until later. Also, I would have preferred the stumps cut to the ground.

The guys showed up when they said they would and did what they agreed to. No complaints at all, and I would use them again.

They were on time, actually early, but were not very organized. They filled their trailer and then had to come back to finish the job. They also did not clean up after themselves and left the yard a mess. They damaged some parts of the yard and offered to blow out our gutters by the trees that they cut down, but did not. Not to happy with the total job, but the trees are cut down. They left huge and tall stumps as well. When they first gave me the quote they said that they would cut the tree with very little stump left. They did not do that.
