The owner was gone the day of our job and his crew wasn't very communicative. They were supposed to be there that morning to start but apparently were stuck in a long line at the dump. We called them to find this out and that they wouldn't be there until noon. When they left a couple hours later for lunch they just left and gave no indication of when they'd be back. They did come back but it would be good to know when to expect them back. Otherwise, they did a great job at a great value. We would hire them again.

They were very prompt in responding to my request, within 15 minutes of submitting the form. They came out to evaluate within days, and completed the service within a week. Their price was reasonable and stayed true to the quote.

I HIGHLY recommend this team for tree trimming!!!!! Eric and his team are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about trees. Our job was a big one - massive cottonwoods that had not been trimmed for 10+ years and removing a dead tree. Eric communicated with me throughout the day and explained what they did upon my return from work. Their fee was very low compared to the bigger companies. They will be coming back in the spring for more work. Excellent job, guys!

Very responsive and fairly priced. We came back from vacation to a ton on downed limbs. Eric promptly responded and informed us we had an elm beetle infestation. We decided to cut down the tree and he charged us $600, much less than we were planning.

Eric went above and beyond with his service to me to cut down large branches of my maple tree that had fallen on my roof. And he also trimmed another maple! He was easy to reach and came when he said he would! Very courteous and quality service! I will definitely hire him to do my tree and bush trimming in the future!
