Description of Work: Alan helped us not miss the opportunity to purchase a home for remodel that we had thought would not be appropriate. He saw that it would work, and helped us see that through his vision. He then assisted in all the ways an excellent contractor and builder should work. The work was done carefully in usually a time appropriate fashion. When we ran into difficulties, he was there to address them promptly. We ended up with a magnificent product. This was a major remodeling program that basically including tearing the inside of the home down to the studs. There were many factors which were obviously above our level of experience. he had excellent sub contractors with whom he had worked for decades. They were all of exceptional quality.

+ -1 moreHe was very thoughtful about architectural suggestions in terms of home remodeling. He was very concerned about the prices and didn't make any additional charges for everything he purchased for me. His workmanship was excellent and he was punctual. He even cleaned up after himself.
