+ -1 moreWe offered 70k over asking price and our offer was not presented to the sellers because The Property Shop did not want to deal with a VA loan. We were told that VA Loans didn’t show skin in the game because it was a $0 down loan and that we needed to put cash down to be considered. The sellers lost out on 69k and we lost out on the home of our dreams when we were the best offer.
