The mitigation specialist showed up right on time! He quickly got to work looking at how the home was laid out. I was immediately impressed with his get right to work attitude. He was careful entering the house to not track in snow and very considerate of the property. After some discussion, we agreed on the best possible spot to install the hole in the floor to provide the best results. He got right to work and I got out of his way! Several hours later, I came back to check on the progress and was impressed! He exceeed my expectation by impacting the living space minimally. He ran the pipe outside, made some adjustments for power hook-up, and finished the job in one day! In addition, he moved the fridge downstairs, accessed the plumbing for the bathroom and sealed the plumbing going into the slab from behind. Finished the hole with a plastic plate. Basically, a professional job!
