+ -1 moreIf there were another option in this valley I would never look at Lowes again, but I guess when you know you are the only game in town you can treat people as badly as you want.
Description of Work: My landlord ordered a new dishwasher for my apartment from Lowes in Glenwood Springs. After wasting an afternoon waiting for them to deliver and install we find out the driver went to my landlord's house, took out her perfectly good dishwasher and installed mine. Haven't had so much as a phone call from Lowe's offering apologies or compensation.
