 + -1 moreProvider was to fix electrical system causing taillights and turning lights to burn out in just a few days. Service people would not listen and kept the car 1 week 2 different times and did not fix the problem, just replaced bulbs which they were told would not fix the problem. Horribly responsive. Finally, after contacting sales agent who sold us 3 cars in the last 3 years, service manager Perry called and was responsive. His staff was still lax as we were told car ready at 1 PM and came and had to wait 2-3 hours before it was actually ready. I would use them again ONLY if Perry handles the service personally.

Description of Work: I have used Berthod Motors body shop on a number of occasions, and they always have done excellent work. The manager of the body shop has always been friendly, professional, and helpful.

 + -1 moreThe guys from Berthods are honest. They had the car done when they said they would. They would call and explain any additional work that needed to be done. They provided a rental car for us. It was all around good care. I will continue to use their services in the future.
Description of Work: I took my car to Berthods for a 30,000 mile tune up and to have the door locks fixed.
