Hired this company, run by a trusted friend and college fraternity brother, to do a remodel and addition to my home. Apex had problems with subcontractors - the company’s own cash flow - and as GC was very lax in supervision of the work done. As a result, numerous errors occurred resulting in tearing our previous work and redoing various things. Because of Apex’x cash position, I was forced to pay for the fixes that should have been paid for by Apex. Several items in my home were broken - again I paid for replacement. Owner promised to repay - and then went silent. Apex never completed their punch list. I had to hire other contractors to finish what Apex did not. I am out over $40,000 because of Apex’s inability to finish their work.

Everything went fantastic with David. Phenomenal track record with his subs; was always present at the job site and there to tackle issues as they arose. Any change orders were discussed ahead of time, and all the work done has held up many years since completion. We highly recommend working with David, and look forward to using him on future projects.

Mike (GC) was on top of the job. Had to change one of the subs mid hob, but all got completed on time. Job site was cleaned daily.
