 + -1 moreA little late to arrive, but it was an emergency call since it was -10 outside and one of the coldest nights of the year. They were very polite and took the time to explain all the steps. He cleaned up the furnace and even gave us some tips for how to help the furnace run more efficiently in the future. He was very quick and every thing has run well since then. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.

 + -1 moreOur heat had been going in and out for over a week. We initially contacted a service provider who visited 4 times without permanently fixing the heat or giving us a good explanation of why it would not work consistently. We finally decided to call a new company. Larry from Altitude came and not only got the furnace working but provided us a thorough explanation of the problem. He even showed us how to fix the problem ourselves if it occurs again!
