Description of Work: We needed some work done with our sprinking system. Made an appointment with them. They never came.

All the work was done which is evident in the previous review you left. I chose not to return your call as your highly intoxicated husband was quite inappropriate in his conversation with me.. I choose not to work for such disrespectful individuals. Additionally, we agreed in writing on a price for your project. When finished, you demanded to pay less. In the Interest of providing excellent customer service, I gave you a discount despite the fact we had already agreed on a price. I solved your problems; you have a brand new swamp cooler and were provided a price so low, I profited a measly $30. I'm terribly sorry that my many concessions to keep you satisfied, fell short. Also, I'm sorry you're having such a rough time with your husband and his addiction, however that is hardly a reason to take it out on me in a review. Luckily, your review does not align with the many other positive reviews my other wonderful customers have left, as a testament to the outstanding services and attitude I perform and display on a daily basis. I wish you the best in the future and with your husband. thank you for helping me strive to be the best service provider available. Take care.

Alex and his helper did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job successfully in a timely matter. They even stayed longer to replace some air conditioning pads. I will definitely hire him again in the future.
Description of Work: We had an area that needed to have some drains buried underneath the ground.

Always quai!ty work
Description of Work: My wife and I have known Alex for many years. He has done numerous projects for us including fencing, coolers,installing screen doors, putting shelves up, fixing things that were broken and many other smaller projects as well. The quality of his work is excellent and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs anything repaired or built in your home.

On the very night we were to have a hard freeze for the first time, I found myself with brand new plumbing and no insulation around the pipes under the house. The plumbers "didn't do that.". Alex came right away and insulated it for me, and I've had no problems at all with freezing. If he hadn't been so good about coming at the last minute, I would have risked thousands of dollars in brand new plumbing!

He was delightful to have work for me. GREAT attitude, honest, on time, worked quickly and made sure the finish product was to my exact specifications. He seemed as though the time he spent working for me was devoted solely to me. No interrupting phone calls or text messages. He provided all receipts for the materials needed and his hourly rate for such great work is umheard of. Im lucky I found him! Most impressing thing he did was fix a problem I had with my computer. I mentioned it and he said 'I can take a look at it...' Then refused to let me pay him for it. I am beyond impressed with Alex.
Description of Work: Alex re hung a couple doors, changed a window, built a fence, replaiced a light fixture and painted a room for me

Alex did excellent work. Everything he fixed looks great and works well. He is very honest, trustworthy and caring. I would highly recommend Alex to be your handyman.
Description of Work: Fixed broken gate, awning on outdoor swing, put up "a lot" of finish trim in my house, cleaned baseboard heaters, fixed electrical outlet, cleaned gutters, fixed fence that was falling down, sealed 4 windows that were letting water drip into basement plus many other "smaller repairs".
