Description of Work: The company I work for is a commercial gas drilling company. We were in the process of moving our office to a bigger space and The current building we were in needed alot of work done to it before we could turn it back over to the owner. The contractor came in and swept, vacuumed and mopped the entire office space. Repaired drywall, painted the entire office, repaired light fixtures, changed out bulbs, replaced acoustical ceiling tiles, etc.etc.etc. the majority of the work he did was in our shop side of the operation where he installed new drywall, patched drywall, painted the interior, power washed, repaired electrical and door and replace the metal sheething and roofing on the building in several areas where it had been damaged by trucks and equipment. Description of Work: I had my entire 2nd floor Master suite remodeled. A new walk in shower was constructed with new wall tile, plumbing fixtures, granite corner shelves, granite door surround and tinted glass shower door. new cabinets and granite tops were installed, new undermount sinks and faucets, new baseboard and casing, new drywall texture, new lighting, new toilet, new tub, with graite top and skirt, new mirrors, granite window sills and new blinds. I also had the contractor install new carpet in the entire 2nd floor including the Master Bedroom. We also had him replace all the door casing throughout the house and paint the doors. Last but not least we had the contractor install cedar flooring in our Master closet. Allen Penman
