I can't recommend Child Safe Childproofing enough. From the start Shane was responsive and receptive to my precautions for COVID and agreed to do a virtual walkthrough of our home over zoom for the initial consultation and then was able to provider a very detailed and thorough estimate and answered all our questions. He was always definitive when providing recommendations for how to best baby proof our space, but never pushy when we decided on a course of action that best suited our needs. Installation went just as smooth when the day came, and everything was installed very well and with no fuss, even figuring out alternative solutions to a couple tricky spots once he was on site, and accommodating us adding in a couple extra items last minute. Prices were very reasonable; Shane was always responsive, timely, and professional; and the finished work is great. If we ever need baby proofing services again, we'll definitely choose Child Safe Childproofing again in a heartbeat.

We hired Shane to child proof our home including building a custom gate for our back stairs since no mass-produced item would fit or be secure. Everything he installed has been well worth the money. He was also great in explaining what should be considered when he did his initial assessment for our home and allowed for modifications to the project. I'm glad I found his company.

In July 2015, Shane McNulty, owner of Child Safe, LLC came to our home and did a full detailed inspection of our home for child proofing needs and found a lot of safety issues we never thought about. His home inspections are $150 and worth every penny. The inspection lasted 3.5 hrs and included all aspects of the inside and outside. There's no obligation to use his company for install but his rates are great. Had a heavy 2 part hutch that he secured together and then used metal straps to secure to the wall. Total cost was only $36, and they currently have a $25 off any installation. I will be having him come back to do the rest of the installations too. He is ex-law enforcement so he has witnessed plenty of child injuries from unsafe items in the home and great at knowing what to look for. He was friendly, informative and very helpful with advice on how to make easy fixes that work. He sends a detailed email of his findings as well as walking through the home with you and explaining as he goes. I highly recommend him! Today, Shane with Child Safe came out again, squeezing us into his already busy schedule, and installing anti-tip brackets to 5 heavy furniture items, screwing down 1 tall doll house, and attaching a very top heavy hockey table with wall brackets. I feel very lucky to have found this company who is knowledgeable with child safety. I am extremely pleased with the quality work performed and a whole lot less stressed knowing that my home is that much safer for my wild 2 year old. I am glad we went ahead and installed the anti-tip brackets so we can be one less statistic of child death from a dresser. I highly recommend Shane and his company Child Safe, LLC. Always a thorough job and quality work using the highest quality materials.

Shane did an amazing job child proofing our home. I had spend over an hour on the phone with him just learning about the products/services as well as learning about safety hazards, he was very informative. When Shane came to do the installation he was very personable and efficient. I will definitely have Shane do some more baby proofing in the future. We do feel a lot better about the safety of our daughter now that Shane has gone through and baby proofed it; so far he has installed a baby gate, door stoppers, closet fasteners, power strip container, locks on the cabinets, and fastened furniture to the walls. Shane has been an excellent help and we appreciate the work he has done to make our home safe for our little girl.

Shane at Child Safe did an amazing job helping us child-proof our home. His initial assessment was invaluable, and he pointed out many things we hadn't considered might be risks or issues. He went the extra mile to ensure that the gates, locks, and other devices he installed were the right fit for our home, and even created a custom gate to fit an awkward spot at the top of our main staircase. He was a pleasure to work with and have in our home, and he was even willing to come back for a quick fix to a smoke detector he'd installed months after the project was complete. I feel a lot better about the safety of my house after I had my walk through and made a few improvements. Shane from Child Safe, LLC also installed very sturdy baby gates that are easy to use.

Shane was professional, responsive, and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and helped us prioritize to work within our budget. Some of the window locks he installed didn't work, but when we called him with the issue he resolved it quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the work Shane and his company did.

Being a first time parent I was worried about the dangers of my house and how to get it to be safe. Shane came in and gave me suggestion on what needed be fixed and how to fix it and he put it in terminology that I can understand. I think he is amazing.
