Ramirez Architectural Concrete, Fountain Colorado. PO Box 314, Fountain, 80817. Frank Ramirez was recommended to me by a co-worker who had used him for his patio. After receiving quotes from others we decided to use Frank Ramirez. We were asking for new stamped patio and an extension to our driveway. Frank was supposed to start on August 31, 2020 and called me and asked if he could start on September 1, 2020 because he got in late on August 30, 2020 I agreed. Frank called on September 1, 2020 and said they were going to be a little late. Once they got here Frank asked for the payment and then they started right away. They completed the set up for the patio and driveway. The next day they poured the driveway, poured and stamped the patio. The next day they came and removed the wood around the cement. Frank stated they would be back to pick up the back hoe they used. They picked up the back hoe and said they would be back that afternoon to put my fence back up. The back hoe they used left two big oil spots in my back yard. It took me 5 days of calling and texting before he finally got my fence back together. During that time I had to clean up the nails, trash and cement left in my front and back yard. Since then it has been no contact either by text or phone call from Frank after many calls and texts from me. Finally he sent a text September 30, 2020 saying he would finish the patio this week. Then I got a text saying he would be at my house next week on Monday October 5, 2020 at 7 AM. Monday October 5, 2020 at 6:48 AM text saying it would be at 10 AM. Tuesday October 6, 2020 at 3:20 PM you texted saying you promise you would be at my house Wednesday October 7, 2020 at 7AM then again on October 7, 2020 you said 10 AM. Again no show no call no text. Long story short I had talked with a lawyer and informed Frank what the lawyer said and that afternoon he had someone at my house to finally finish the job. Frank stated he was going to personally come by and talk to me but that never happened. After the gentleman finished the job I went out to look at the job and the sealant that was put on was full of air bubbles. It seemed that they just wanted to get it done and fast.

Frank, we are disappointed that we have not heard back from you. You were planning to return to the project and acid wash the driveway after tarps were used immediately after the pour on the large driveway project. I attempted to call you two times and our contractor, Richard Lawson, has attempted to each you. Our experience would be so much better if you would communicate with us or with the contractor. You should recall how upset you were when you thought you were treated unfairly by the contractor when he questioned whether your role was complete during an initial phase of the project. Despite your frustration, I arranged personally to take care of the payment despite the cursing and ranting of being treated unprofessionally. Now, it seems the tables have turned and we are not being treated professionally. I would very much like to update this review to reflect more of what you are capable of; however, the sole remaining task should be completed.

They do not keep appointments. They do not have the common consideration to even call and cancel.

We received a quote about month and a half ago for an 8' x 14' stamped concrete area. After receiving quotes from multiple contractors we decided to go ahead with Ramirez and gave them the go ahead. They did explain to us that the work is dependent upon weather and they would try to get the work in within the next couple of days. Fast forward 3 weeks and I received a message asking if I would like them to continue to do the work. I replied yes and they stated they would be able to come out the following week. I then wait for a response and I hear nothing so on Wednesday I contact them asking if i need to move on. They contact me and then stated Friday they would be out to do the job. Well Friday came and went they were no were to be seen. Not even a call or message. If you dont mind continuously missing work and wasting your time to accommodate this company-give them a call.

Frank made the estimate then squeezed the job in his schedule the very next day despite his busy schedule. He and his workers were honest, professional and quick to complete the job. Frank listened well to what we wanted and needed and completed the job efficiently according to our needs. His advice regarding the job was spot on. Will definitely call him for future jobs.

Frank and crew did a great job with a concrete walkway we needed poured on the side of our home from the front to the backyard. They had the entire job done in 1 day and came back the next day to remove all of the forms, etc. They did a great job cleaning up after and overall the concrete job turned out great! I would definitely recommend them for any concrete needs!

It was very easy to work with Frank Ramirez. He and his crew are extremely receptive to your needs and changing requirements, and I cannot say enough good things about them on the quality of the work as well as finishing on time and within budget.
