My entire experience with Foothills Landscaping was outstanding. This extends from my initial conversation with Mike Johnson's mother, Diane, who coordinated things, to Mike?s arrival at the jobsite the very next day, on time to the minute, completely prepared to diagnose and repair a couple of dysfunctional, complicated zones within an irrigation system that was installed by others. Prior to him arriving, I was prepared to hear that one of the zones would have to be largely replaced, which would not have been a simple job given the mature, dense, plant, tree and root-filled sloping terrain with two walls and a concrete walkway that would have to be traversed. But Mike, who has an uncanny ability to locate leaks, found the offending one that was fully hidden within a large area of dense vegetation, relying on his hearing alone. Causation of problem was thereby solved and repaired, no extensive replacement necessary. He also located and repaired multiple leaks in the other zone, most importantly a leak that was hidden under a concrete and stone pathway. In a nutshell, I found Mike (who is one of the owners) to be methodical, a great diagnostician, intelligent and intuitive?a highly experienced, very competent professional with a strong, honest work ethic. He has a pleasant personality, welcomes questions, and explains things clearly as he goes along. He is fair, trustworthy, respectful, and his services proved to be an excellent value. I would not hesitate a second to hire or recommend him again. Not one single second. I also enjoyed Foothills? website, particularly the portfolio (photo gallery). Their work is beautiful. And Diane, well she is a sweetheart. My experience is that she will do everything she can to accommodate.

Mike and Ray did a fantastic job with this landscaping project, even working in the rain to complete it in a timely manner. This was the second time we have used FOOTHILLS for a landscape project and I'm sure we wil use them again.
