Michele has cleaned my house for a few years now and she does an amazing job each time. I originally found her name here after having a few bad experiences with other cleaning services. I really like that she works for herself and she takes pride in her work. She comes every other week and leaves the place so clean and smelling great. I would highly recommend Michele to anyone looking for a very professional and trustworthy cleaning service.

EXCELLENT! Michele was very prompt and professional in her reply to our initial contact. We were able to schedule a convenient time for her to come by, visit our home, and go over details before her first day. I really appreciated that she wanted to take the time to review everything first with us so she was 100% ready to go on her first day. We are delighted at how much she was able to do to make our home look sparkling in just a few hours. She is obviously very attentive to details, and thorough! Wow! Now that Michele has been here once, I can already understand why many of her client reviews reflect a long-term arrangement with her.

Michele walked through my house two days prior to the cleaning. She was very responsive to generate exactly what I was looking for, and we easily walked through the specifics. She also offered some feedback on cleaning products when I asked her for it. Michele went above and beyond, and my house is sparkling! She did an amazing job and was absolutely pleasant to work with. We will definitely be working with Michelle again. She is professional and very easy to work with, and she will do whatever you ask with great attention to detail. She listens and exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a basic cleaning, and she covered all aspects including windows! I was pleased to discuss potential areas that Michele could hit in the future on a possible deeper cleaning since there is a great deal of wood in my home, and it was clear that she cares about her work. Michele was also sure to stay in the time frame we had reviewed as a possible estimate, which I thought was very courteous--rather than do more than we had discussed at our initial meeting. We will absolutely be hiring Michele again. I respect her work and can see that she gives the same time and care to her newer clients as she does to people she has worked with for years.

I am a self admitted neat freak so was a little concerned that no one would live up to my expectations cleaning my home. Michele was very prompt calling me back and giving me a fair price. Over the past few months that I have used her, she's been nothing but perfect. She is always on time, very very good at what she does and just a sweet disposition. She is also great with my dogs. I would definitely recommend her and have.

Michele has cleaned our home for a few months (we are happy to report that she cleaned our former home, and now cleans the home we recently moved into), and we could not be more pleased. She is THOROUGH, professional, and always on-time. She's great about communicating, she's pleasant, and - did I mention - SHE IS THOROUGH. With three working adults, a large dog that sheds heavily, and a cat, the services Michele provides are priceless. There is nothing better than coming home to a sparkling clean home, knowing that the house is being well cared for on a regular basis. Upon her initial visit, we went through the house and talked in detail about what I expected and she has done a great job at paying attention to those details. She does it all from vacuuming animal hair off the couch to maintaining our vacuum cleaner by cleaning the filters after every use. She is great with both of the the animals and takes the time to do extra tasks such as scrubbing out the oven after the holiday extravaganza or periodic cleaning of the guest room and guest bathroom when needed. She is very professional, easy to communicate with, and a hard worker who pays great attention to detail. After having tried a big commercial company and paying over twice what Michele charges for sub-par quality, we were ecstatic to have found her and that she was able to fit us into her client list.

Michele comes every two weeks. She will continue to come every two weeks.

Michele has been cleaning our home biweekly for several months. It is a pleasure to come home to a neat and clean house. She does a great job and asks questions as needed

UPDATE: My original statement was the explanation of events I provided to a very nice Angie's List rep. I didn't realize it would be placed online as a review by me, but would be referred to management. That said, I've removed the statement as I would not have wanted that posted in both our interests. Revised below: If you are used to providing cleaning supplies with details on how everything should be cleaned, then Michele is a good match for you. As for payment, this was a first appointment. She didn't know how long it would take, and planned to tell me after. With previous cleaners, I have always left a check or cash, but they were able to quote the amount before coming out. I would suggest requesting a firm quote and explanation of exactly how things will be cleaned, so payment can be left and there's no miscommunication. Had I done this, I feel this situation could have been avoided.

Michele does a great job. I like that she does all of the work herself. Would highly recommend!

Michele has been very professional and does a good job, even on the tough stuff. She takes on extra assignments when I ask. She's the first person I've found in a long time that cleans the house almost as well as I do. I am appreciating her work more and more every time she comes to the house.

I have a home with several bedrooms and several pets. She is wonderful about getting all the pet hair cleaned up and she is great with the pets. She has a warm and caring personality, is an excellent communicator, and I trust her completely in my home. I recommend her highly!! I tried several other services before finding her, and I am sticking with Michele Paradise!

Michele is exactly who I was looking for. I wanted someone with their own business, working hard to make a living. I wanted to hire someone on a more personal level, not some major company. I am very, very happy that she continues to clean my house (even putting up with my teenagers, and my dogs following her around like she's supposed to play with them)! Thank you, Michele! Michele is professional, punctual and pleasant to be around. She works when she is there and does a good job.

Michelle prefers to give clients an estimate, but because we live at such a great distance from her, we agreed on an hourly rate, and that worked out perfectly. She was careful to ask us to check her work, both as she worked, and at the end of the day.

We have been using Michele's services since January of 2003. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and has been unable to do the house cleaning for many years. Michele is by far the best of the four or five persons we have used. She and my wife have become good friends, and Michele is very helpful and cognizant of my wife's disability. She is an excellent house cleaner and I strongly recommend her.

Shelly cleans my house on a regular basis, but I have hired her to clean my friend's house when my friend had surgery. She always does a good job. When my grandparent's had a flood in their basement, she went and got boxes and helped them pack things up and get them out of the way during clean up. She always goes the "extra mile". She has also house/pet sat for me. She puts up with my dog's sweet eccentricities, which includes holding his paw while driving. We are spoiled!

Shelley's weekly cleaning is unbelievably thorough! If it weren't for the dog toys, you wouldn't know we own a dog! Everything - floors, furniture, appliance, bathrooms, bedding, window blinds, light fixtures - is immaculate because of her very professional approach to cleaning. When we travel, she takes excellent care of our home, attending to all the details - mail, papers, watering, even dog and house emergencies - without a fuss. That makes travel very enjoyable and worry-free. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
