I had my new Dell computer setup by another computer service, and it immediately started having issues. About a month later, I got the ransom virus, and all my files were corrupted. I contacted Brad over a weekend and he came to my home on the following Monday. Needless to say, he fixed everything!. My computer works better than ever, and I am so relieved. Part of my cost also included a new router and wireless setup (mine was 6 years old) that Brad recommended, and the difference in the use of my wireless gadgets is amazing. I even paid him to go to the Staples near my home to pick up the parts so that I did not have to figure out what was needed. So worth it! I highly recommend Brad Kaatz!

There aren't enough adjectives to describe how wonderful and gifted Brad is. I've be agonizing (aka procrastinating) over the process of consolidating files from various computers down to two, and most urgently, finding a way to safely archive voicemails from my late wife. I had been spending hours with Verizon, in the store and on the phone, trying to figure out how to get the voicemails off my phone and onto an external storage device, with zero success. I was pulling my hair out! I couldn't upgrade my phone for fear of losing Sheila's voicemails. Incredibly, within a few minutes, Brad was able to find a converter app on the internet and we were able to successfully save all of her voicemails!!! I was thrilled beyond words. What a relief!!! And now I was able to get a new phone. As for all the computer work, he was fast, efficient, made a lot of great recommendations, and went above and beyond in cleaning-up all my tech issues. I wasn't able to use my label printer because it's not supported by Windows 8, and Brad found a cheaper (but good) printer to take its place. He also found a better printer, so that I can print wirelessly (and free-up space on my desk). When I told him about weak wireless coverage in the house, he diagnosed the problem (the router was next to a subwoofer's big magnet). And while we were down near the TV he noticed that my "Smart" TV wasn't connected to the internet like it should be, so here I was missing out on a lot of capabilities that I didn't know the TV had!!! So he quickly set that TV up to operate properly. He was fun to work with, CLEARLY knows his stuff and he's now my IT department. Thanks, Brad, for doing such an excellent job. You saved me from additional months of agony.

We bought the adapter and the graphics card works! My son was thrilled and we offered to buy Brad lunch as a token of our appreciation! We were so impressed that he answered emails while on vacation and even sent the url on the adapter we needed. He went above and beyond. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!

They came out to our home and repaired our computer.

He was absolutely fabulous. He was prompt and courteous. He really was intelligent. He was great. He was friendly. His price was very reasonable.

The situation was complicated, and I'd become frustrated by trying various ways to fix things myself, but Brad took charge and was efficient, explaining things in detail - all remotely, and via phone. He followed up to make sure everything was working properly. Easy and friendly to work with. I'll definitely use his services again, as needed.

Brad's service is not cheap but sometimes one gets in life what one pays for, and the service provided was very professional and very high quality. I would unhesitatingly recommend Brad and certainly plan on using home for all home visits in the future

I am in my late 80's and had accumulated more than 30 years worth of computer and electronic gear left overs after replacing and adding equipment over the years. Clearing out the accumulated existing confusion of obsolete and unnecessary items to get to a starting point took time. Brad cleaned up the mess, reorganized all gear to operate efficiently, and updated my operating skills He introduced me to some of the recent new features available .for my interests. This work was done in two different areas: my mancave/office and again in our den/family room. It was like two separate projects.. Brad is knowledgeable, efficient, and made clear explanations and recommendations in advance. My satisfaction was complete.

Brad did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous in setting up our networking system. As we were learning to use the new system, he was also very helpful in providing us advice and maintenance support. Whenever we had questions, he was very quick to respond. This was very important to us since we are a business and cannot wait for several days for a response. I would highly recommend Brad especially for a larger more complex job.

Being out of town with my wife & kids home during the service, everything went smooth. Communicated via email, all concerns addressed.

When you call Kaatz Computers, Brad, the owner answers. He is great! Available and knowledgable. He really went to bat for me in finding cost-effective solutions for my tech needs. My office had no previous wiring - Brad solved that. He cares about his business and his clients. He has a positive attitude and is more than capable. Brad was great. He added memory, upgraded my operating system and made sure everything was running smoothly. He contacted me within minutes of my email and quickly responded to all my questions. He piggybacked my computer for about 10 or 15 minutes to try to help. I was having an issue with my email and he checked my hard drive to see if the emails were still on it.

He set things up the evening before by remotely accessing my computer (with my permission, of course). Arrived on time, spend a good deal of time explaining everything. Professional attitude, while not condescending. Helped me order parts online, from third party supplier, at no profit to himself. Good experience.

Brad Kaatz showed up 5 minutes early and was a pleasure to deal with. He spent well over 2 hours here and implemented simple, clean solutions to my various problems. He also streamlined and synchronized my email and calendar operations in a way that's worked very well. Done--or so we thought. The next part was even better: about a week after his initial house call, I had some odd, random issues with screens suddenly freezing. It was unpredictable but persistent. I called Brad and he worked on it remotely two times (tricky-to-duplicate stuff). Each fix worked short-term but not permanently. Then it happened a third time when (of course) I was on a crunch deadline and Brad was super-busy, too. He still squeezed me in, had a sudden brainstorm about the cause--and got it fixed permanently. Doing a good job initially is great. Doing great follow-up if there are problems (and with a computer that's had a virus, this is pretty common) is even better. I'd call Brad again in a heartbeat.

Brad's service was above and beyond what we expected. He stayed extra hours setting up our computers and giving us advice on what to do/not to do. He did what he could to save us money on stuff we didn't need as well. He did a great job and was an all-around good guy. We will definitely use Brad again, and have already recommended him to friends.

Brad was punctual, polite, and very professional; also very patient with meeting my requests, even when they differed from what he would have preferred to do. Brad is a fine young man, very simpatico and pleasant. I am looking forward to have him help me with future projects.

Brad came at the promised time during the weekend and did all I requested efficiently and professionally. Spend two extra hours mainly patiently waiting for Microsoft to verify licenses for the Windows 7 move to a new disk, and then doing the Windows install. His charges are quite reasonable for the level of service he provides. If it's important to you, Brad is well groomed, professionally dressed, and quite personable and genuine. He didn't quite turn a trashed hard drive into a pleasure, but he did alleviate a lot of the pain. Highly recommended.

Was very pleased with what Brad performed.

Brad was great! He was efficient and knew what to do to get my computer up and running again. It looked like a pretty involved process to me as I'm not computer literate. He was able to restore the computer completely and suggested hook up improvements and made sure all the needed updates and service packs were done. He also worked on my husbands laptop to make sure it was updated and protected and also improved our printer interface. My computer was completely restored. He was concerned about my contacts list, but lo and behold- they all showed up! It took three hours. He was also very easy to talk to and answered my questions as he worked. He was definitely a "multi-tasker"! I would highly recommend Brad whenever you have a computer problem. I'm very glad I called him as it greatly reduces the stress I feel when my computer acts up to know that I have someone who can fix the problems.

Brad call us the next afternoon to tell us he could install the new desktop that evening and we have been delighted with thecomputer ever since!! Brad helped me again on the phone today as someone in the house had downloaded a virus. He walked me through the process of removing the virus and was extremely patient with all my questions. We are delighted with Brad's attitude, as his effort to make his custmers happy is refreshing!!!

My husband and I have multiple home office computers and I have a netbook. After receiving a very positive recommendation from my brother who also has used Brad's services, we called and made an appointment. He very obviously know his "stuff". He cleaned up my primary office computer and it's running at top performance once again.... he cleaned up my Netbook..... then went onto another computer I use mostly for emails and surfing the web.............and then he tackled my husband's office computer and now that one is also working at peak performance. We both were very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Brad was absolutely perfect. I was called away on a trip before he arrived, so I left a list of what I wanted -better wireless internet and hard wiring to my entertainment centers so I no longer have to rely on wifi streaming for Netflix, Amazon, etc. He did everything and it worked perfectly. I had a pool service guy come over and screw up my internet connection by messing with some wires and Brad told me how to fix it over the phone. He also sent me an email detailing upgrades he recommends to extend my wireless signal to the far end of the pool and save money on phone bills with Voice Over Internet Protocol. He also magically made it so I don't have to unplug and replug my fax machine into the wall every time I want to use it even though we only have 1 phone line. And, he saved me money monthly by telling me to return an old router to the cable company as I no longer needed it. I highly recommend him.

Brad made a trip to our home to pick up our computer which had frozen up. He was punctual and professional. He performed the repairs in a very short time and returned our computer 2 days later. He found we had bad memory and installed new, wiped our hard drive and installed Windows 7. When he returned the machine he patiently worked with me to get it set up with our printer, Itunes, external hard drive, email etc. and made sure I was happy with how everything worked.
