We made our appointment by telephone, but a previous job ran overtime, so he rescheduled with me. He was maybe 15 minutes late for the revised appointment, but I was pleased that he had previously called so that we weren't hanging there and waiting for him. He was personable, clean-cut, friendly and had good communication skills. Once he got a good idea of what I had in mind, he suggested some alternatives and explained the scope of the work, the advantages and disadvantages and the costs. We agreed on the work and he drew up a detailed estimate of the scope of the work and the cost. I was happy with the detail since this kind of work sometimes can become too open-ended and you don't know what the final price tag will be. With the job defined, he went to the local wholesale supply store for the specialty items and jumped right on the work at his return. He was a hard worker I gotta say -- up and down ladders of various sizes and drilling and screwing things together and attaching them. He worked steadily and got it all done in a couple of intense hours. He cleaned up the debris of wire pieces and insulation scraps completely. Then he demonstrated to me each thing he had done and showed that it worked correctly. The estimate was the price I paid and I was satisfied with all of the work performed. I am happy to recommend his work.
