WASTE MANAGEMENT

Quite possibly the worst company we have ever had the misfortunate of dealing with. VERY frequently missed pickups (including one time where we called as we watched the truck drive passed and the "customer service" rep argued with us). Never any sort of compensation for the missed pickups. Recycle pick up is only every other week so when they randomly decide to skip us it is a month of recycle before pickup. And then the final cherry on top, consistent billing issues. A couple months ago they decided to stop servicing us because they claim we didn't make a payment. The check was processed by them however. We have now had multiple separate conversations with both real people on the phone (be prepared for lots of holding) and the chatbot and have had exactly zero people that can even tell us what our monthly payment is supposed to be! Then, after getting less than no answers the chatbot on the website will just log off and tell you to start over! When calling and actually getting through to a real person I have been hung up and told they will call us back to explain our billing (no one has ever called back). I wouldn't consider this company a garbage and recycling service as much as just a scam. Stay as far away as you possibly can.

Took going through the automated system and long waits to talk to anyone.  Used their online chat as well.  Never any results.  Talked to the driver as he was picking up.  He made calls to the office as I waited by the truck.  I don't have any problem with the people doing the work on the street.  They seem to do a very good job.  The office and administration on the other hand were terrible.

I'm not always satisfied with their services, because occasionally they will leave our dumpster in the street or in front of our neighbors' driveway which hasn't happened recently but we have complained it a couple of times. We will continue using them for the time being.
