United Window Cleaning

My wife reported that they weren't here long (less than a half hour) and she didn't think they did much. I inspected the two sections of gutters that had been clogged up the worst and found the gutters had been blown out, one not completely and the other left with a film of mud. I had expected them to be hosed out. That might have been a misconception on my part? I called to complain and Jason returned within a couple of days. We discussed the situation and he agreed to hose out the gutters this time. I'm now happy with the results. I'll do a better job of expressing my expectations next time!

These guys work hard and get the moth-droppings and dirt off my windows every time! I look forward to sparkling windows after they have been here. It is difficult to clean the windows in the attic in the spring, due to the moth invasion that occurs where I live, but they get it done anyway. They put me on the schedule and give me plenty of notice when to expect them. I recommend them highly.

Two representatives showed up about 10 minutes early. They very efficiently washed the windows and were done in about 45 minutes total. I'd use them again.

I was very pleased to find the tech was flexible enough to agree to use water rather than compressed air to do the work. When I first called, I spoke with the owner and discussed window cleaning; it turned out I thought their price was too high. That created the "overall" rating of "B."

Used a LivingSocial or Groupon type deal for 1/2 price cleaning. I called and had an appointment for that very day. They actually showed up and hour early and finish 20 windows in 30 minutes. They did an overall good job but would have preferred if they had slowed down to get some small paint spatter off a few windows since we just had the house painted. Pleased with the service overall.

They arrived on time and were quick and efficient. They gave me and estimate ahead of time so there was no confusion on price. I asked them to remove the damage screens while they were cleaning so I could get them repaired and this did this for me at no extra charge. Overall fantastic job. I think the only downside is we will have to call them back sooner with all of the birds hitting our windows since they're so clean.

They also did it 6 months ago and we were very, very happy with their work. They were very professional and the work was done very well. We are already scheduled to use them again in November.

I was really impressed with the response I received from Seth at United Window Cleaning. I sent a request for an estimate on-line on a Wednesday evening, not expecting to hear back until the morning. Seth called me back that night and we set up a time for 2:00 the next afternoon to walk through the house and get an estimate for gutters and window cleaning. I was just moving into the house and I don't think the windows had been cleaned in over 10 years. They were in desperate need of cleaning. Thursday morning Seth called me to let me know that his schedule had opened up and he would be able to meet with me earlier if I was available. I was and Seth showed up promptly. I accepted the bid and was able to have the work done immediately that day. Awesome! I love it when things work out quickly and smoothly. The leaves were blown out of the gutters and the windows cleaned inside and out. The work was done quickly and neatly and most importantly my windows look amazing. I was so happy with the results, I scheduled my next window cleaning for the spring.

The company owner Seth Kuddes is an affable self starter just as he is depicted in the video on his company website. I completed a request for quote via the website, and he responded quickly - I would say within 4 hours. He proposed to come and introduce himself, see the job site and make a written proposal. He would be prepared to do the job immediately if the bid was acceptable, but he also said I was welcome to get other bids. I opted for the former - he was in the ball park price-wise of past services I had hired, and he had a couple of good references on Angie's List. He had forgotten I wanted the gutters cleaned, but I loaned him my gas blower and he knocked a comensurate amount off the bill for the use of my blower and jumped right into that. He did a thorough job, including taking a putty knife and scraping out some areas where we had dirt and almost a peat buildup. Our trees are only now getting big enough to fill the gutters, so it may have been the first time they've really been cleaned. I'm waiting for a monsoon so I can watch them drain! He did a great job on the windows and especially the sills including a few extras. He was willing to wash the plexiglass windows on my garage door (I popped off the exterior frames so he could do a clean job, and then threw the frames in our dishwasher). He also was very careful to point out where our Hurd window in our master bedroom had popped its factory seal and now was dirty on the inside of the double pane - and how this either needed to be replaced or a warranty claim. This was appreciated. I enjoyed talking with Seth, and he did a fine job, and scheduled him for our next periodic cleaning. I have no hesitation recommending him for these services.

I called them and arranged getting a quote. The quote was acceptable to me and reasonable. They arrived when they said they would and were punctual. We have a large number of windows and the house is two story. They did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. They were hard-working and tidy in my home. The business owner and his help are young men, and I was very well impressed by how industrious and conscientious they were. They are also very good about answering their phone. These days, it seems one is often playing "phone tag" and it was a small, but nice thing that when you call them, they answer all the time. I would highly recommend them to clean your windows and will be telling anyone and everyone this is a good business to employ.
