He did a very good job. Every aspect of the job went smoothly. The pricing was very reasonable and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Tico's Roofing put up a very good roof for us. We had no problems with that. But they forgot to seal an area and we had a leaking problem there. It was horrible trying to work with them to get that repaired and to get the money to repair the damage he had done. In fact I had to get another company to repair that. It took six months in getting that leak repaired. It was a very unpleasant experience in working with the person after the job was done. It was extremely difficult to work with them with something they caused. I think they put up a good roof, we had no problem with them while they doing the roof. When the people were up on the roof doing it a terrible thunder storm came up and I don’t blame them all coming down because there was lightening and it was very dangerous. So they all came down but they left the roof uncovered. Water just came in and completely ruined a large area of our floor. We were never reimbursed for that. They did finish the roof and except for that one place that they left unsealed I would have to say that they put up a good roof. But like I said, it was terrible trying to work with them, trying to get them to take care of what they had ruined and I never did get the compensation for the floor. That was partly my fault because my husband had cancer and just to be honest I did not even notice the floor for that six months after my husband’s death. A table covered it and I did not notice it so it was too late probably. The reason why they did the leak finally after six months asking and calling the manager, calling the insurance company is because I noticed the leak on the inside the roof and I could not but notice it because water was running down inside and I was getting ready to go to Small Claims Court. So they had to repair that since I saw that. The floor, I did not notice it. I thought the pricing seemed fair. I was okay with the pricing. That was done when my husband was still alive. I know he had several estimates and he was very satisfied with that. I think he was very knowledgeable about that. The total amount we paid was $7175 with the discounts. I would never use them. I can never recommend them to anybody because the way they handled the repairs. They would not answer the phone, they just completely ignored us, and it took six months to get that done. They bought four, five men out here trying to intimidate me. He first wanted me to get the estimate and when I first called him he said he would let me use the best estimate. He then got four or five of his friends who said that they would do it. But I told him that would not be acceptable. He tried very hard to intimidate me and get me to drop everything or just let his friends do it for us. I don’t know if his friends were qualified to do it or not. They had changed managers. When we had the roof put on there was a different person in charge and later on they changed the manager and that may be the problem. They were bad, not in putting up the roof but not doing what they had failed to do. All of their clean up, knowledge, professionalism were all okay. I have no complaints about that. I cannot grade them anything high because of the aftermath. All I can say is that over all my husband was very satisfied with the work that they did expect for the fact that they let it open during the rain storm. They could have come back after rain storm passed over. I can understand that there was lightening and it was dangerous to be up there, but they could have come back and made sure it is covered but they did not do that. The only dealings I had with them was after and I do know that they made a very big mistake. I will never use them again.
