Stereo and Home Theater System Service
He responded to my email inquiry the same day and arrived at the appointment on time on the day scheduled.
He examined the entire system, said I had largely installed the wires correctly, but was able to make some programming changes in the receiver that 100% fixed the problem. He further optimized the system, explained how best to set it and did some magic on our remotes.
Pat Lyons and previously his father have been in business for 30 + years- a local ma and pa business. He was referred by another contractor we 100% trust. Pat typically does home theatre and stereo systems for bars and restaurants, as well as integrated whole-house systems for higher end homes, but he will come to your home to resolve your issue. He charges $75 for a service call, which includes the first hour (he is @ $60 per hour beyond that).
He is a very friendly, professional, genuinely nice man and has a strong customer focus. Highly recommend, but I admit the $75 gave me a few seconds of sticker shock, but with it being fixed, I would say we are highly satisfied. I have to remind myself that competence in this world does not come cheaply...and it shouldn't.
