 + -1 moreThis was a great experience! Ed was very responsive. He contacted me by email within 24 hours of my email, was at my home for a consultation within 48 hours. My shades arrived sooner than expected and Ed came to install them that very afternoon. Friday afternoon at 4 pm was going out of his way to make his customer happy. I appreciated Ed's advice, his soft-spoken, efficient manner and his assistance with choosing colors. They turned out perfectly. I feel confident that should I experience any problem that Ed will graciously assist me to the best of his ability. Highly recommended.
