+ 0 moreSutherlands excuse for their excessive time frame? "We have ten other estimates in front of yours." This was from the Manager via a phone call. "I wanted to let you know I have your information and and will email you a bid as soon as I can. At this point we are approximately a 1 - 1 1/2 weeks out on prints." This was in an email from the estimator. I was planning on using a single supplier for windows, doors, cabinets, countertops and flooring. Sutherlands will definitely not be an option.
Description of Work: What they did was be completely unprofessional. We are building a new house and are in contact with several suppliers for estimates. Was told by Sutherlands that it would be 1 1/2 weeks before they could do an estimate for windows. Every other supplier in town had an estimate to me with one day.

+ -1 moreI got new kitchen and bathroom granite counter tops and back splash. Quality of work was excellent. I don't know what other providers charge, but this was not inexpensive. However, I absolutely love it!
