Strong Heating & Cooling

Been Living here in Fort Collins for 5 years now and Brandon Strong from Strong Heating and Cooling is quite simply, hands down, the best repair/serviceman I've EVER had!!! While his work on our furnace was excellent, it was his ability to handle some curve balls, which he hit out of the park by GOING ABOVE and BEYOND what most service/repair men would have. He saved us well over $500 on the repairs AND never EVER tried to upsell us. He was very prompt on his visits and was always just a real nice guy! I don't recommend a lot and have NEVER written a review before, but I can't recommend Brandon enough, you will NOT be disappointed!!

I've been meaning to write a review since Strong replaced our furnace and A/C last spring (2016). We could not have been happier with our experience. Very professional, local, family run operation that delivers a quality product. Brandon Strong is great to work with and very responsive. He was smart enough to figure out how to fix our home's odd heating/cooling configuration and it's worked wonderfully. We also had him install a gas line for our outdoor grill and fireplace, that included installing a bigger gas line in our home. He and his crew did a great job. I would recommend Strong to anyone and will use them again.

Brandon and his team were great. He was able to work with our limited schedule to come and take a look at what we needed and provided us with a detailed estimate that same night. He called to walk us through our different options and to make recommendations for our house. He was great at responding promptly to our questions. The work was done on time and with exceptionally high quality. We will absolutely use Brandon and Strong Heating and Cooling in the future.

It went great. Brandon did a good job with the system and even took care to install the system in a way that it made it make as little visual impact as possible. He also painted it to match our roof so it didn't stand out.

I can?t say enough good things about Brandon Strong Heating & Cooling. Originally I was quoted a cost of $5,000 by one of the chain companies to install a new mobile home furnace,. My son has utilized Brandon?s services a number of times in the past and suggested getting another bid from him. Brandon saved me $2K and did an excellent, arduous job in less than a day. (He also corrected several problems left by previous contractors.) Kudos also to his cute young ?helper? who also put in a hard day :)

Brandon replaced our worn old hot water heater in a very timely manner. His work is neat, he always cleans up after himself, and has always been eager to answer any questions I may have about the work. I have used his services for several years now, for maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning, and he has always been professional, courteous, and very reasonable with his costs. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Since the initial diagnosis was somewhat off the mark on a pesky problem, Brandon returned promptly, repaired the problem, and offered me a credit for future service. I could not have been more satisfied

I have used Brandon a number of times at both my home and rental property after receiving a reco from my Realtor several years ago. I have not once been less than 100% satisfied with Brandons work.

BrandonStrong is an EXCELLENT contractor. He knows his business. He kept his prices firm even though he had to service me during the Colorado floods (multiple trips, blocked roads, no trip charges!). He even came by on a Sunday to make some final touches. I was very impressed with his professional service. He brought his son on Sunday since it was a short visit and I was truly impressed by his son too. His son was so polite and intelligent. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree! I'd recommend him without reservation. I'm a woman on my own and have been ripped off by several contractors, so when I find someone I can trust, I stick with them for life.

Our air conditioner broke on a Friday night, with a week of 90+ degree heat. Since our home is only 6 years old, we didn't think we would have to replace the air conditioner itself... but after phone calls with 2 companies (who wanted to charge $150 to come out on the weekend just to look at our unit) and a verbal diagnosis of a $3,000+ expense ahead of us... we were a bit scared. I posted a cry for recommendations of honest A/C companies on Facebook, expecting a huge expense ahead of us. Strong Heating and Cooling was one of the companies recommended to us by a friend. On Monday morning I had already left messages to multiple companies... no one was picking up the phone. I called Strong, and the owner himself, (Brandon) picked up the phone and squeezed me into his busy Monday schedule. It took Brandon no time to figure out what the problem was. As he worked on our unit he explained everything he was doing along the way. Brandon made recommendations for future upkeep of our air conditioner, and even looked at past work that had been done in our basement for both the furnace and A/C. He gave me a fair price for his work, and was willing to make recommendations for other contractors in the area who would be able to give us the same level of service when we are ready to finish our basement. After looking at $3,000 for a new unit, we were happy to pay $145 for a simple fix. Thank you for your honesty, and responsiveness, Strong! We will be using you again!
