The two man crew showed up on time, introduced themselves, did a thorough check on where problem areas might be, got to work , finished in about 2 hours, cleaned up and were gone. An excellent experience!

They were terrific, it is a very nice group. They did a terrific job, they are very neat people. They did a lot and we were very happy. I love the people who came in, they were very careful, and they did a good job. They did a lot on the carpet which was not very good, and it now looks very nice.

They cleaned the rooms and when they left one of the rooms really stunk. We called them to go back. They went back and did little to improve the situation. We have called numerous times and they have not returned our messages. They told our renter they only use water when the clean. How does that get dirt and odor out of a carpet. Now it smells like wet urine. We paid for cleaning and deodorizing. WE really did not want the room to smell as bad as it does now.

I just bought my first home and needed a good deep clean before I moved in. I called this location and was very pleased with the service and professionalism. When they came to clean my floors they made sure to examine them for any problem areas and treat them with solution before they cleaned, they also put on coverings over their shoes so they would track anything into the house. The grout in my tile floors looked brand new after they finished and my carpet looked and smelled exceptionally clean. I was very please with how fast they got it done and the quality of the work they did. I will use them for any deep cleaning purposes.

I had just bought a townhome and was doing a lot of renovating in the main floor but wanted to keep the carpet on the second level. it was in pretty bad shape and needed some work. Stanley Steamer was referred to me by a friend. The whole process was easy I could only have them come in the evenings after 6:00 since that is when I got off after work and I couldn't have them do it on the weekend since that is when the contractor was going to be there so they were happy and able to do the service that worked for my schedule. They nicely covered their shoes so they would not track in anything from the outdoors, did the initial inspection of the carpet to look for problem areas and sprayed them as need be to remove tough stains. The carpet was transformed. There was a lot of black grime on high traffic areas from the previous owner and you couldn't even tell it was original carpet. I was very please with how nice the guys were and the exceptional job they did.

I have used Stanley Steemer for a lot of years but I meet a different company that wanted me to try them so I did. It was before my daughters wedding, (which I had at my house). The other company came and cleaned my carpets and they looked great while they were there but once they had left and the carpets started to dry there were more stains on the carpet than there were before I got them clean. I call that company back and told them about it and they told me that the stain were probably permanent and that they could not come back until the next week and my daughters wedding was that weekend. I got with Stanley Steemer and they came out right away cleaned my carpets again and when they were done and the carpet had dried there were no stains. I learned a lesson that if something works don't change it. Stanley Steemer is the only carpet cleaning company that I will use.

It started off well, with a quote over their website. When they arrived they started up-selling and adding on items. Some of them I accepted and some I did not.

They always get the job done quickly and they know what they are doing.

The carpet became dirty almost instantly. I called them and they came back out. They did part of a traffic area and got it cleaner but told me the carpet was too old to clean well - I knew that wasn't true. That area dried dirty as well. I had Oxymagic come out and for a whole lot less money my carpet looked new and has stayed clean!

They were punctual and they did well. I would use them again and I recommend them as well.

I set an appointment for after 5pm. They called and wanted to come early and I said they could come at 4pm. They arrived at 3:45 and I explained I had to meet with my tenants and go through the lease and would return at 5:00. When I came back Stanley Steemer had abaondoned the house unlocked, without calling me to tell me there were done or to inspect the work etc. and they knew I was only 6 blocks away. The house smelled when I entered and traced it to a bedroom. I called the next morning and they agreed to come back the next afternoon. I had a work crew painting to let them in at 2pm but Stanley Steemer needed to speak to me so they called on my cell phone and said they needed an additional $27 (this after I had paid $255 the day before and $407 for the house I owned next door 29 days before). I explained I was at a resort pool with my daughter without my wallet and could call them back with a credit card in 2 hours or they could access the records from the day before and charge me the $27. They refused to do the work. I asked to speak with their manager but they would not give me his number. I then spent over 3/4 hour speaking to their main number with 3 separate calls trying to speak to ANY manager, but on July 1st at 2:30 pm they had all left for the holiday. The operator said he left a message and a manger would call me back that afternoon. No one ever bothered to call back. These guys are all about what is convenient for them, will up sell you additonal services and provide poor quality work. Don't believe any of those "cute" ads on TV

I had originally contracted with COIT to clean my living room and hallway so house would be extra clean while I recovered from surgery. COIT got the dates wrong and wanted to clean on the day I came home from the hospital. We called Stanley Steemer, literally at the 11th hour and they were able to accomodate. Sent two very nice young men to the house, they did the stain removal and cleaning for a better price than my COIT contract. Furniture was moved and then replaced by their team and everything was in place when I got home. Great Experience and will use them again.
