He was supposed to mow, spray weeds, trim, etc., and he did nothing. We paid him ahead of time and he did not do the work.

First of all the two women showed up an hour and a half before they were supposed to. Normally, this would have been fine, but I had other commitments and it was just lucky that I happened to be home for a few minutes to let them in. I gave them the list of items (see above in services performed box) and told them to take them in priority, knowing that they would not get all of the items completed. Soon after they started I had to leave. When I came back, I was surprised at how little they had accomplished. In addition they had not followed my priority order of cleaning. What little they did clean was not at all thorough. For instance they were to clean the kitchen counters. There were still areas that still had obvious residue. I was able to clean it by simply wiping with soap and water. I have had other cleaning services in the past who did a good job and accomplished a lot. These people did not measure up at all. I am extremely disappointed in Spectrum and the workers that they sent to perform the cleaning. There was poor work ethic in the performance of the job. I would never hire them again.

He never called me back. I called him twice, I wanted to get going on the remodeling for either the kitchen or the basement.
