Description of Work: They visited our yard and gave a very accurate cost assessment of the work needed to be done before installing the spa - electrical wiring, leveling the site. They recommended subcontractors that we were very pleased with. They installed the spa when expected. Everything went very smoothly.

+ -1 moreIt is rare to find such quality customer service from researching a product all the way through delivery. Kurt and his business partner were extremely helpful when I was looking to purchase a fire put. They were very courteous and offered prompt delivery along with setup.
Description of Work: I ordered a fire pit from here as a surprise for my husband and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service from Spa World.
