Description of Work: "During this cold spell one of our furnace units was not working. Chappy arrived on time and quickly repaired the unit. He is polite and adept. He even wore shoe booties. We have used the services of RPM for several years and have always been satisfied. |"

+ 1 moreThere were a lot of mistakes that even led to problems, including some leaks and major flooding (and an insurance claim). Now we realized (after moving in and using the heat during winter) that the radiant in-floor heat doesn't work in a section of the house, and some other issues (fixture leaking, pipe loose under sink, etc). When we had to contact them about the issues they were rude and first ignored us and then conveyed that they weren't going to fix any more mistakes. We had to push to have past mistakes fixed and now they won't do anymore. They were paid well and in full for all their work, including the work that has the mistakes. A good company might make mistakes but they should have great customer service and fix the mistakes immediately. They've been really unprofessional about everything.
Description of Work: New house construction - they did all the plumbing and heating (radiant heat).
