Well, since I gave 'em an A, one might assume it went well.

Thomas arrived about 45 minutes later, about 10:30 pm and began diagnosing the problem. I live outside city limits and I'm on a septic system. Not only was everything backed up on the main floor, there was a leak in the basement where the plumbing went from the house into the septic system. After looking at the problem, he explained that there would be an after-hours fee and told me what he thought was likely wrong. He got to work and was able to clear out the blockage and clean up all of the areas where there had been water. Thomas was the ultimate professional and I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to anyone. They are simply the best!!

The technician was at the house within an hour of my call. An hour later, he was finished and the problem was solved.

Johnny was a very nice man, it was the same price as quoted over the phone. Very happy about that! He did a thorough job with a pleasant personality. His company should feel lucky to have him!

Everything went fairly quickly and successfully. I was happy with the service and cost and would use this company again in the future. I made a service request reservation through the roto rooter website and Johnny called to confirm when he was on his way and he arrived on time.

I received same-day service, within a few hours of my initial call to them. The gentlemen that came were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I will only use Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs. Highly Recommend!

It took a while, but with repeated auguring, the drain became unplugged. During the whole process, the tech, Jimmy James,and I maintained A friendly conversation laced with good humor. He was the consummate professional. Now I know whom to call for excellent service! Roto Rooter

He services out here all the time, so he is here within an hour of me calling. He takes care of Wellington. We have had to call him twice and he has been out both times. He was there probably for a good hour the second time. The price was $99 for just the simple drain clean like it was for the toilet. It was $189 for the second one because he was there a lot longer. Our experience with him was very good. He was very friendly, very polite and very knowledgeable. I liked him. I haven't used a lot of other plumbers. He told us exactly what was going on and what he had to do. He was very informative. With regard to price, I don't know as we don't use a lot of plumbers. But I figured it was probably in the price range of all the rest of them; plumbers are expensive. There are probably people out there cheaper, but he was out here quick. With regard to quality, we haven't had a problem since.

They pumped the tank, inspected for any problems and recommended the use of Ridex on a regular basis to avoid buildup of solids at the bottom of tank. No repairs were necessary.

Was doing a late night load of laundry and the security alarm to the house went off. Checked the security panel and it indicated water was detected in walkout basement (there is a water detector near the basement drain near the water heater). Sure enough as the washing machine was emptying, water was coming up out of the drain. Stopped the washer, got as much up with the shop vac and then pulled up Angies list (I love Angies list). We are out in the boonies and decided to use emergency service (it is now 2:00 am) and not wait for a normally scheduled service call. Roto-Rooter had 4 great across the board all and quot;Asand quot; reviewed and had emergency services. Gave them a call and they said they would be out between 3:00 and 3:30 am. Jack Kitchen arrived right at 3:00am and got to work. I showed him location of the basement drain and the drain lines before they go into the basement floor. He checked what was draining well and not draining well to help isolate the location of the clog. Jack also checked if there were any issues with the sewer line as it exited the house and also as it arrived at the septic tank through direct inspection outside. He ran his sewer auger down the drain towards the line exit of the house and broke up the clog on the first shot. He totally cleaned up from the work he did. Very professional and pleasant to work with and that is saying something now that it was 3:30am. My wife slept through the whole saga and was quite happy that she did not have to be involved. I would use them again in a heartbeat!! Total cost was $199 with $100 being for the emergency call. Very very reasonable in my opinion.

I set my appointment online, very convenient. They called a said they had a cancellation and offered to move my appointment up. Great! I was contacted again and was told when they were 20 minutes out. They were professional and friendly and in and out in less than and hour. Cost: $99.00 I will definitely recommend and use their service again.

Our basement started flooding on Tuesday morning and of course all of us needed showers. Roto-Rooter was the only company that could get to us before THURSDAY! There was no way we could be without the facilities that long! They came out right away and within the time frame they promised which was important because I had to ask my mother to come over and wait for the plumber to arrive as my husband and I had to work. He did a great job, solved the problem and called my husband to let him know what was going on and what his suggestions were. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This is the second time I have used them and I plan on using them in the future!

They were everything she said they would be. Polite, professional and prompt. Most importantly, he explained everything that their camera showed. Which fortunately was lines in remarkably good shape. He did not try to sell me anything I don't need and actually recommended a few very reasonable and low cost preventive measures that will help us avoid having to pay out large sums fixing problems later.

When I have a plugged drain in any of the drains in my house it is a personal emergency. I called the other well-known service in the area first and was told the earliest they could get here was Monday (2 full days from now). I had used them previously and was satisfied with their service so I was reluctant to try someone I was not familiar with but that was an unacceptable time to wait for me. I had an excellent experience today and I will use Roto Rooter from now on. They were half the cost of the other provider as well which is always a nice bonus. Thank you Rob and Roto Rooter!!

Jack was overbooked on the day of service but he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was a hardworker who won my trust.

They came out and took care of it. They were great. I was very happy with the price.

Called because I had a clogged kitchen sink. They came out and performed the work for a great price of $89.00 when Allen Services would have charged me $430 total (including $49 service call fee). The employee doing the work was very professional and was careful about cleaning up and not making a mess.
