+ -1 moreToo bad there isn't an F-minus rating. This guy is overpriced, unreliable, and unresponsive. He failed to do the work he was hired to do. What little he did do was substandard and part of it had to be re-done by someone else. Probably the most unprofessional individual I've ever run across. Wish I had looked on Angie's list BEFORE engaging him. I will see him in small claims court where he will have the chance to prove what he thinks his work was actually worth, and for refund of my advance.
Description of Work: A little bit of painting and prep for vinyl installation. And it wasn't done very well...

+ 0 moreThis has transpired over a five week period.After setting two appointments for an estimate, showed up at a totally different time, gave a verbal estimate (No invoice ever given) After several telephone calls,finally told him over phone that I wanted him to do the job. When phone calls were returned twice he called me by some other name and couldn't find an invoice (his words) Told he only wrote it on a yellow tablet, which he said was in his other truck.Failed to return calls in a timely manner and has failed to show twice for scheduled times to start the job and failed to call with an explanation.
Description of Work: Hired to refinish bedroom red oak floor and re-stretch hallway carpet.

Description of Work: Several years ago, I purchased Karastan carpeting from a supposedly reputable carpet dealer. They required that I use their carpet installers professionally trained by Karastan. If I used someone else, the warranty would be voided. The installation left several areas in the master bedroom with puckers that I would occasionally trip on. I called the carpet company several times, and they sent their installers back out to fix the problem. I still had the problem. I called Dave at Repair Tech, and he and his helper came out and had the carpet fixed in about an hour and a half. I'd recommend them any time.
