We bought an older home and several windows were letting in the winter draft. We decided this past year to have the windows replaced. From the consultation appointment to installation this company was completely professional. We did not feel forced into buying and the installers did an exceptional job. Our house stayed much warmer this winter. We will be using Renewal again!

Very well - the Casper office is very receptive to the client's schedule and flexibility. When the work is completed there is no waste left behind.

No pressure sale. Two craftsmen expertly installed all three windows. Took about an hour per window.I watched them the whole time. Nothing to vacuum when they left. Hope to replace more windows next summer. They are expensive but high quality and proper installation makes it worth it. Wife loves that both windows slide and can be cleaned from inside. Dormer windows crank out a special tool allows us to stand on floor, no ladder needed, to open them.

The technician that installed our window was highly qualified and very respectful of our home and us. His work was excellent. I would recommend Renewal By Andersen to anyone.

Great. The installers went the extra mile for us because they had to saw out our old metal windows. The new windows have been excellent -- can't say enough about them.

From meeting with the sales agent in our home for a quote, to the end of the installation, Renewal by Andersen provided excellent customer service! They took the time to explain everything to us, our window/door was installed within the time frame provided, and the installer was very clean and efficient. We'll definitely be using them in the future!

The sales man did pressure us to buy on the first visit because the 20% off would expire that day! The sales guy had moved over from Champion Windows and was some what new to Anderson. He did call his manager to find out the procedure and cost to repair the mold damage. The estimated wait to do the work was 8 weeks. The install manager visited and measured about 4 weeks later and then two weeks later the install crew came out on Nov 11, 2017. The work was excellent and the weather cooperated this fall. Since we were home, the crew would invite us out to see different steps in the build such as the flashing and were careful with our floors, and furnature. The crew carefully cleaned up and explained the working of the windows. We had been told that the job did NOT include painting and my son and I were able to complete priming and painting in about a week of good weather!

Renewal by Andersen sent a representative out who took measurements of each window and went over my options for my basement. A few weeks later two gentlemen came out and installed all five windows in a day! The difference was immediate! No bugs and no cold! My basement is warm and my heating bill has gone down! I really do love my windows and I have already recommended Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming to a few of my friends. Great service, great job!

This is by far the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. I called to set up an appointment and tired to set it up for 11am. Well I made the mistake of telling them that my wife wouldn't be at the appointment due to her work schedule. They then proceed to try and make an appointment that would work for both of us witch I was fine with. However the guy helping me gave me 10-1 times that wouldn't work with our schedules. I then told him I just want to make it when I will be home to do it. My wife doesn't know anything about windows, nor did she care that she couldn't be at a boring consult for windows. Needless to say I ended up hanging up on the individual cause he wouldn't make the appointment. I called back about two hours later to give them another chance because I have heard great things about Anderson windows and I really wanted to see the comparison between them, Pella and, Marvin. I went through the whole proses again to get an appointment. I ended up getting the appointment I wanted but had to speak to a manager, However not before the new individual tried to give me the same times as the first time I called. To make matters worse the day before they are scheduled to come out they give me a call to confirm my appointment witch is a good thing to do on there part. When they call however they tell me that its now going to cost $250 to come out and give you a price quote because you may not go with us. We will however wave the fee if you plan to purchase our windows. How are you going to charge me money to quote me on your windows. I know it does cost money to send someone out to do this but when your looking at getting a high end window like this. There shouldn't be a fee to give a quote. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I found out that Anderson windows are carried by home depot. They are the same exact windows, they cost less, and the costumer service is by far better. (They try to tell you the windows aren't the same and the ones from Anderson direct are better) This is untrue. They are all build to spec to fit from the Anderson company with the same materials. Come to find out that Home Depot sells more windows than the actual company so they have a better price.

We had a consult with Rick Silver from Renewal by Anderson (Denver-based) and while he was knowledgeable and made good suggestions regarding window options for the space, he ruined the final sales pitch and left a bad taste in our mouths. In detail, at the end of the consultation when it was time to look at the numbers, my wife asked if he could provide us with a line-item quote, so that we could look it over in peace after the kids were in bed. He snapped in response, and quot;I could, but only for someone who is going to buy from me.and quot; Not sure where he got the idea we aren't serious (we just committed with one of the other vendors at a similar price point). But that ended the consult for us and we asked him to leave. We liked the product, but Rick's rude tone made the decision for us.

All I tried to do was set up an appointment for a quote, but they insisted that my wife be present for the entire 60 minute time. I told them that this was impossible. The phone rep said that they wouldn't set up any appointments for us then. Rude and very unprofessional.

For every meeting, this company insisted over and over that my husband must be present. when calling to confirm the second visit, they actually put me on hold for 5 minutes while they checked to see if they would still come out knowing my husband wasn't going to be home. I am stunned that a company acts this way in the 21st century. Little do they know the Mrs is footing the bill and certainly won't be choosing them, no matter how low their quote ends up being.

High priced, pressure tatics to sign on the spot for a discount. Using Face book and asking freiends I knew the rough price they paid; I was paying about $500 more than they did. I was told that's inflation. OK over three years we have 20% a year inflation. Its embarrassing to deal with. Very old school tactics and I lost all faith and trust in them as a company. If there is tis game now, what when I need help later?
