+ -1 moreThis went smoothly from beginning to end. I called Rams Plumbing because whenever I turned the water on or flushed a toilet, the water pulsed. I contacted Rams Plumbing because they had solved a different plumbing problem I had nearly 5 years ago. I spoke with Chris Madden, the owner. He knew exactly what was wrong when I described the problem. Chris came out, verified that it was a defective pressure relief valve (PRV), and had the problem fixed in short order (it probably took around half an hour - maybe less). Everything worked fine after he replaced the PRV. I also asked him about a couple of other plumbing issues that I wondered about (replacing a kitchen sink and a spicket in the bathroom). Chris is extremely competent and really knows plumbing. I recommend him highly and would not hesitate to call him again for other plumbing work.
