Rams Moving

Two college kids arrived and told us that they would not move our "kitty condos". After they got all of our items down stairs, they informed us that they would not finish the job. Some items were wet from sitting next to an open window during a rain storm, but the workers were convinced it was cat urine. I explained that it definitely was not, but they refused to finish the job. Now, the owner will not return our calls to explain how this is appropriate. We are very unhappy due to the situation this put us in during this time sensitive move and would very much appreciate hearing from the owner with his feedback on how this went down. We did not hire two college kids, we hired a company, and the company did not finish the job and meet our needs.
