He answered the phone when I called and was at the hour on a Saturday night right away. I had no issues with the pricing.
Description of Work: They came to repair a water line that had broke. They extracted the water and removed drywall and insulation that was wet.

One of our water pipes broke and leaked in to the house during one of those warm period, where it was frozen and then opened up and cracked. So, we had a flood in our house and they were wonderful. We have to work with a number of different companies but they were the coordinators and they were also the installers of items that had to be done and they did a terrific job. They handled me very professional and they were very prompt in what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. I would definitely recommend them.

They came and did minimum work. They tried to use our insurance to cover the costs without our permission to contact them. They tried to get them to pay for something another company was supposed to be paying them for. The other company subcontracted them to do the work.
