I provided a specifc part number. RNR located the item out-of-state, and had it shipped to the store for me to pick up. RNR has a good assortment of electrical and plumbing parts and is very friendly to do-it-yourselfers.

Fine. Job was done well and quickly for what I was quoted. Was rather high overall, but doing it right the first time is worth something.

This is a family-owned and operated plumbing, electrical, and hardware store that also performs licensed plumbing and electrical work. While dad minds the store, the sons do the plumbing and electrical work. I had them bid installation of an Eaton Newport Camp Mate exterior electrical box (multiple plugs for 110-220v/30-50a) designed as an RV hook-up, as well as plumbing hot and cold water from an inside bathroom to the same exterior location by an RV pad, which plumbing was necessarily heat-taped and insulated the whole distance of about 30 feet to the exterior fawcets that were also installed. Their bid was not only substantially lower than another more established plumbing and heating service that would have subcontracted the electrical work, but was much more thoroughly thought-through. Consequently, I had them do the work, which they were able to schedule within days for completion in one day. The plumbing was relatively straight forward, though the electrical work hit a few snags that could not have been anticipated given how the house had been previously wired. When the work-arounds and wire-arounds clearly became too much for our old fuse box to handle, they offered to install an auxiliary fuse box on the spot at an exceedingly reasonable price which resolved all the unanticipated wiring issues without charging me much extra for the many more hours it took to do so. All in all I don't think I have ever had a more professional, punctual, clean, and workmanlike plumbing or electrical crew at my house doing custom work for a full day, and would highly recommend them to anyone for both price and quality.

I've done business with RNR for 30 years. They stock the plumbing and electrical parts I need, or they can get them. Most importantly, they have the knowledge and gladly share it. They don't pull any punches about quality or price. You get excellent quality at a fair price. They provide great service and deserve to get paid for it. He's serviced my irrigation pumps, sold me water heaters and pressure tanks, helped set me up with a fire pump, ordered O rings for my Groen faucets. They are just as quick to let me know when I have a bad idea, too, and I appreciate that. As a DIY guy who is willing to try most jobs, it' helpful to have some experience to draw on. Are the big box stores cheaper, sure, sometimes, but RNR's value for the dollar is much higher.

They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. It's like a mom and pop place where they'll walk you through projects and all kinds of things. So, they are very good.

I have an older home. The plumbing fitting are American Standard. Katie told me to keep all faucent pieces I had. I wanted to change the type of tub spout and knobs. Only silver ones would work in my tub. Katie told me I could take the originals hardware I had and have another company spray the color I wanted. I had that done for a faction of cost that buying new ones would cost. The tub itself is an old cast iron. I didn't want a new tub. I want to refinish the one I had. Katie put in in contact with a man who did this kind of work. His business is called Hard Tops. He is reasonable priced and did wonderful job. What ever kind of work I needed done, RNR either did it and knew who could do it for me. I will always go to them first.

It took a while to get a bid scheduled. They rescheduled once, failed to show once and were a bit late the third time. It was also a bit challenging to get the actual work scheduled. However, they did an excellent job of that, completed the work as planned and also resolved an unknown and concealed problem (not theirs) in the process of wiring a switch for me. I would like to do a little less follow-up, but they do good work. Their price is not bargain basement, but it is competitive and usually well worth it.

They are always the most knowledgeable in town, and the best prices. My dad started going there in the 1970s, now I do. Nothing has really changed, and I'm glad it hasn't.

Recieved good product and good advice about install.

I work as a handyman, so I go here several times a year. I'll just say that they usually have or can get quickly whatever I need. Sometimes, I'll ask for one thing and they will school me a bit and I will be very happy in the end that I accepted the part that I ultimately bought. Their prices are sometimes a little high, but they usually have what I need, those oddball parts that the mainstream hardware stores never keep on hand.

I'm a local General Contractor. Every time I've gone to R-N-R with a problem, Douglas and his professional team has not only reassured me that it was less of a problem than I perceived it, but lead me through the very best solution to solve the problem. I have never been disappointed. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, proffessional, and thorough. I will never go to a 'Box Store' again when it comes to plumbing.
