Quick Appliance Repair Service

An excellent experience from start to finish! I left a message with Quick Appliance for them to give me a quote for a dryer repair. Their friendly office person responded within the hour and had me a booked appointment for me within the next 48 hours (one bigger company I contacted had promised me 10 days!). The technician, Nohea, was on time and extremely polite, warm and professional in our home. While we decided that the problems with the dryer were too big to warrant repair, he was able to diagnose the problems and give me alternatives, including timelines and costs. As I say, my wife and I immediately decided to replace the dryer - and even then Nohea suggested some recommendations of where to buy new. I would not hesitate to recommend Quick Appliance to others. Thank you!

Got a service appointment that day, and technician was on time and professional. Said the timer was shot, and quoted a price. Seemed a bit high, but he said GE parts tended to be more expensive. (The woman I spoke to on the phone while making the appointment said the same.) Said he couldn't find anything wrong with the thermostat, and we ran it with the door open to check level of "glow" on back vent. Said if their WAS a problem, he recommended getting a new dryer due to cost. Communication on getting the replacement part could have been clearer, but part arrived earlier than expected. HOWEVER, new timer was defective. Called to report on Thursday, was told I'd hear back. Called again on Monday. Audrey was very apologetic and said there would order new part immediately. The tech installed the new part and also discovered why it had shorted out in the first place. Fixed the problem and also offered to come back on his own time if I had further difficulties. Would definitely use again.

My wife took care of this. We've used them previously for refrigerator problems, and they had the parts on the truck. Reliable.

The technician removed the filter on the dishwasher, cleaned it out and put it back together. He pointed out that this model of dishwasher has a tendency to clog and told me how to prevent it happening in the future. He checked our stove which had a nonfunctional burner and found the problem. He noted that it would cost about as much to fix it as to buy a new one and provided information about what models to buy and where to look.

I just had to write this review, even though I did not end up using Quick Appliance Repair. I own a rental house in FOCO, and the other day the handle on the refrigerator fell off. I called Chuck at Quick Appliance Repair about having it fixed. He was to coordinate the repair with the tenant. I received word later that Chuck had told the tenant how to reattach the handle over the telephone saving me a service call. Even though I didn't get a chance to use them, you can bet that they will be at the top of my list in the future,

The repair man was exactly on time, extremely professional and pleasant. It took him about 20 minutes to fix my oven door so that it closed all the way. It was very quick and would definitely use the service again!

I wrote a request for information and services on 12/26/2012. I received a reply today; 1/6/2015!!! Not very punctual, not very responsive, and not very professional in my opinion. I certainly will not be using these folks for any services in the near future....

Our refrigerator was not cooling as it should. Quick's repairman (John) replaced the thermostat for the defrost cycle. Unfortunately, this did not take care of the problem. When we called (after a holiday weekend), Quick sent someone back out the same day. The refrigerator was fixed and there was no additional charge (which was much appreciated). We live in a relatively remote area, so while we wince at additional charges for travel, we accept it. What I was uncomfortable with was being asked to pay an amount written on a business card with no back-up for that amount. We were told we would get an invoice via email shortly, and we received one within about an hour. However, it gave no breakdown between labor, parts, etc. It took another 1-2 weeks and several more requests before we got an invoice showing the requested breakdown. I would strongly suggest Quick change this method of payment/billing. We would use Quick again, but we would not pay without being shown a breakdown of costs first.

Our service man was John and he came out once and diagnosed the problem with my washer but it needed a pump. We are through as an ordering that came back out and to install the part and then decided to figure out that the electrical panel and there was blowing, and they could not order the part for that for it was apologetic. They took the original part back. I did not have to pay for the original pump part that they had ordered. He did not charge us for the service call for that second time out. They were very personable and related to the client. I think Angie's List is very helpful and anybody that we have that used from Angie's List. The comments with them write on. They were helpful and also recommending because we did not do first any washer for we could purchase one to fight with their store, they gave us some other recommendations aside repair their appliance service they do.

It turned out to be a faulty dishwasher, but he never gave up. He keep coming back with different parts and trying different things and after the initial part, never charged us again because it just wasn't fixable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is incredible.

I called on a Monday and got scheduled for the very next day at 10:30AM. Very quick and easy process. The technician (Nohea) actually called around 9:15 stating he was running early and offered to get to the house sooner, which was OK with me. He checked our washing machine, which is 25 years old ! He diagnosed the problem but stated that the parts are no longer made. So I figured the machine was a goner. BUT - Nohea offered to try a fix. He managed to patch the machine up and it works like it is new! Macguyver's got nothing on this guy. I don't know how long the washer may last, but Nohea didn't push a new washer on us, and didn't give up on trying to fix it. He charged the regular service call, and $20 bucks for the repair. I am very pleased with Quick Applicance Repair and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

We paid $59.95 to realize there was no problem with the stove top It's too bad that they never give a price break and we have been using Quick Appliance for at least 15 years

Came on time..very professional..just moved here and went to Angies List to find someone. Read all the reviews and picked Quick. What I like is that when you call for service again, same person will come out..then they are familiar with you and your appliances.

They were great. Friendly, gave honest advice and he was quick and efficient.

Tech arrived exactly at scheduled time and was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, it was not possible to fix our dishwasher due to the nature of the issue, but I appreciated the thorough inspection and honest information - he didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't be a good long-term solution. Very satisfied!

There was no sales person around. I went to the warehouse out back and found a repairman. He let me into the showroom, but could tell me nothing about the washers. The washers had been priced fairly enough, but the price tag was a piece of green duck tape with the price written in ink on the tape. Hard to read. I called on the following Saturday to ask about their delivery fee. No answer. I left a message. No return call.

The repair was very professional, done expertly and the frig works great.
