First contact with Premier was in August 2015 received cost estimate and was told job would be completed by end of October. 2015 however, premier and insurance company could come to agreement on footage of job, so was delayed. Then came the weather and job was not started and finished until March2016!! Ian Wagner was our Premier contact!! JOB# was FCO1502889

No problems at all with the replacement. Premier was prompt, courteous, and professional. Even with the massive number of homes going through the same process, they were able to complete the job in a day at the scheduled time.

An unusual bump was discovered near the ridge of the roofline so I called Premier Roofing to inspect it to determine whether anything needed to be done about it. The inspector came out on the day/time as planned and took pictures and information pertaining to the specifics of the bump. The inspector then obtained other qualified opinions regarding the bump to determine whether it posed any problems structurally or with the integrity of the roof. They could have come back to me with a dire prognosis that there was a problem but instead the message back to me was that it may have existed since the roof was originally constructed. I therefore obtained an inspection from the original roofer, who stated that the roof had been done like that at construction and that it posed no structural or integrity issues, that it was purely cosmetic. My take-away from my interactions with Premier Roofing is that they are an honest, reputable company.

My Premier Roofing contact, Jasper Gantick, was great! He was always on time with meetings, explained the roofing options and process in detail, constantly worked with us and our insurance company, and made sure we always were informed. Great Job! The work was completedly in a timely manner and the workers were definitely knowledgable about the installation work. A crew Supvervor was present for most of the project and Jasper stopped by a couple times to see how the work was going (even though this was not required for the job).

My rep, Jasper, was very contientious and was great to work with. He wanted to make sure things were handled right. Starting the project took a little while because my insurance company was involved. There was some negotition on the final estimates, but it went on in the background and Premier did most of the leg work on that end. The project has only been completed a couple of weeks but it has held up so far. The only issue is the hail that hit the evening after the roof was done!

Working with Premier was a positive experience from the first phone call to the final roof inspection. They are polite, professional and punctual. They followed up on all transactions between the insurance company, me and their staff. They set a date for the actual repair and kept it. We were out of town at the time and my neighbor said he couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the crew worked nor could he believe how well they cleaned up afterward. We have found LESS THAN 10 NAILS on the ground since the work was done. Replacing a roof is expensive, but it's a fact of life living in Colorado. I would recommend Premier to anyone who wants a quality job done for a fair price by really good, honest people. Addendum to review: job # FCO-1705, and representative was Jasper Gantick--a heck of a good guy.

Crew was prompt and efficient, worked hard. The project took only one day, clean-up was good. Found a handful of old nails, but otherwise I was very happy with the work, the communication with the rep, and their process to interact directly with insurance company.

Dane Wobena worked very well with insurance. Was honest about schedule and delivered by date promised. Dana was also responsive to my questions or concerns.

I had a truly exceptional experience with Premier. Matt Springer was my daily contact person, and his knowledge, help, and advice were truly tremendous! I take finding and hiring contractors very seriously, and after investigating several other companies and speaking with the BBB, Premier won the day hands down. Not only did they liaise professionally and effectively with my insurance company, but they also left no stone unturned in their quest to get me the very best roof they possibly could. After undertaking extensive research of their own instigation they found that since a particular aspect of the hardware used on my old roof was out of date, the law said that I needed a different decking arrangement. They managed to get all new decking approved through my insurance company. I can't say enough good things about them! The work was done quickly, professionally, and with the utmost concern for the future health of my roof and home. When an unfortunate accident (impossible to prevent) caused a worker to put a foot through my upstairs ceiling, they not only got the worker excellent health care but cleaned up the mess immediately. They then apologized sincerely for the incident, and asked when it would be most convenient for me to have them come by and repair the damage. The 12" square hole was perfectly repaired and painted, and it is impossible to see where the hole originally was. I wish I could give Premier 10 stars, because only very rarely in my life have I ever had the pleasure of working with such a truly tremendous company. I would recommend Premier to absolutely ANYONE needing any level of roofing work done!!

We had sold our home & a major hail storm hit our area. We had to replace the roof & we were on a time constraint. We called Premier Roofing and they sent out a wonderful young man David Knightly. We explained our problems. He took control and everything was done just right clean, neat, on time, excellent quality. Even the inspector when they came out from the city said that they were the best quality shingles and were laid just perfect. Even he was impressed. Could not be happier. I received a quote and was quick to hear from them when I agreed to their services. The men who delivered and installed were excellent! The installation went smoothly and the roof turned out great! The problem came when in order to have our insurance check sent to us they needed to fill out paperwork for them so they could release the check. I than got many invoices from Premier stating I owed them money. I made many calls to my sales person requesting he fill out the paperwork. After many phone calls and emails I never received a response. This was very frustrating!! I finally was able to reach a manager in the Denver office to help. He was very friendly and resolved my problem. I was also promised a 15 year warranty that the other companies were offering. My sales person said he would match it. But when I finally got the warranty it was the 10 year warranty.

Despite our "No Soliciting" sign, a representative of Premier Roofing knocked on our door. When I told him that we already had a roofing contractor, he asked if he could have my name, so that he could tell my neighbors that he had talked to me. I didn't give him my name because he hadn't talked to me and I didn't want him using my name as a reference with any of my neighbors. It seems like shady business practice to me.

It went beautifully. My insurance company covered most of the costs and I only had to pay $1000 out of pocket. They made one little mistake but they came back out immediately and fixed it for me. I very satisfied with the effort they put into the new roof. They came out at 7am and they were pulling out at 3pm. They cleaned up after themselves. It looked like no one ever came except there was no roof.

I talked to several roofing companies after a hail storm. At first, I didn't even know how much damage I had. I felt the most comfortable with the representative from Premier. When he came to my door, he had his ladder handy and was able to inspect the roof immediately, rather than coming back later like the other companies wanted to do. He found there was damage and explained everything to me. At first, my insurance company (S.F.) only wanted to pay for half of the roof. They said the other half wasn't damaged enough. Who ever heard of just replacing half a roof?! Premier worked with the insurance company and convinced them to pay for the whole thing. I didn't have to hassle with this at all. Premier took care of everything for me. The work was performed promptly and they cleaned up great afterwards. I was very happy with the service I got from Premier Roofing.

Premier roofing is efficient and professional. We are fortunate to have the experience of this excellent company.

We ran into some issues in the beginning, but that was more of a misunderstanding with the sales guy and my representative since I was out of town. The sales guy explained the whole process and answered all my questions. The roof was installed in a day and they did a great job.

I was happy with the service provided. The did good work, on-time and at a decent price.

.I though I had a leak in my roof. He really knew what he was talking about. He was the sales guy but he had all the tools to go up on the roof and find out why water was coming in. The water was blowing up under the flashing. I haven't had the problem since.
