Premier Roofing Company

The project was done when it was scheduled and on time. This is the second time I've used this company and would recommend them to everyone.

Contract was signed on 31 July and job was completed in November which seemed like a little long and had us waiting to hear just when the job would be done. Quality was excellent and our Rep Mat Watkins was also excellent. Final price was quite a bit higher than we expected.

Pretty good, only gripe is some delay in getting final inspection which was mostly due to city backlog.

Premier delivered on their promise to meet with our insurance adjuster. They received approval for a new roof and kept me informed through out the whole process.

We experienced a severe Hail Storm in June of this past year and after I did a visual inspection of our roof and didn't see obvious damage to our 16-year-old roof of our home. Ryan our representative from Premier Roofing came by and offered a free inspection. I almost turned him away, but his professional demeanor convinced me to provide him the opportunity. Ryan came down and told me that there was significant damage. That began a very positive experience with Premier Roofing resulting in a full and complete new roof that came with a 50 Year Material Warranty and 10 Year Labor Warranty that is transferable. Ryan being our representative assigned was our ambassador from Premier Roofing was always responsive and effective during our entire experience. Ryan and the entire Premier Roofing team worked with our Insurance Company to provide us with the best most cost-efficient solution. I would highly recommend Premier Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement.

They were professional, very responsive, and quickly scheduled the job. They got it all completed in one day and had excellent clean up.

Delayed for about 8 months but then completed in 2 days

The crew were punctual, fast and cleaned up after themselves. My new roof is beautiful!

the team that removed and replaced our roof were excellent. they arrived early and worked steadily until the job was complete in spite of near 100 degree heat. they cleaned up so well I could not find any debris anywhere. they took great care in protecting our landscape and large deck during the process and were very cordial . when they left the only evidence that they had been there was a new roof.

very smoothly. The only issues involved communication with me as to timing of the various elements of the job. Materials were delivered without my being informed that it was going to happen. The same with the crew showing up to do the work without my being advised that it was to happen that day. The work was completed to my complete satisfaction in only one day and the cleanup by the installation crew was very good.

Did it in one day, but took a couple of weeks for them to get back to tie up loose ends..

the shingles have several creases and cracks through-out the roof, metal drip edge had wide separations at each corner. The premier reps. recommended i not remove the old gutters until the roof was done. it now going to cost me an extra $500.00 to remove them ( the starter shingles were nailed on top of the gutter flange ) . My calls were not returned and when i finally reached them i was told their phones weren't working, and several times i was told that the person i was working with had quit, this was also told to the City inspector the only problem with that story is the same Permier Rep. was always around in fact she collected the money at the end. note; they did eventually repair the corner drip guards, however it not the same, and i decided that permier was not going to do well on the repairing of the crack and crease shingles.

Premier responded quickly (same day on 7/8/2016) to my initial contact by email through their own website. A man named Calahan scheduled to come out on Juy 11 at 11am, this was the time that he chose due to my open schedule. At 1140am on July 11, I called his cell phone and left a message asking for him to contact me because I would be leaving at 12 noon. I never received any more contact from Premier.
