I keep inviting this team back to my house as we continue our remodel projects. They're punctual, pleasant and professional in addition to doing great work. I'd recommend them highly.

Terrific workers and they did a superb job. We are very happy with the results. They have a contract for services rendered that we signed and added a little bit - that if they were not able to complete the job this year, that it would be done next year. No problem there! They power washed the house and detached garage exteriors. They scraped down rough areas, and sanded ones that needed it. We just had new windows installed (another review elsewhere) and the sills needed special attention. They caulked all the areas that needed it. We reviewed each day's work and they answered all our questions satisfactorily. They cleaned up after themselves. They didn't have a radio or and quot;boomboxand quot; blaring all day long. They were respectful of the premises and asked questions about things they needed more information about. They applied two full coats of paint to the body, trim and accents of the house. They use Sherwin-Williams which was fine by us. They suggested we use the color consulting service, which we did at no extra cost. We applied a couple of test colors to different areas of the house before they started to see how it would look. Nice to feel confident of our final choice and it gave the neighbors a heads-up and an opportunity to weigh in on the color choices. Did I mention that they cleaned up after themselves? We are pleased with our new colors and feel that the home is less leaky after all the caulking they did.

They quoted $1500 for the job. They were very professional. They were on time. They came on the stated date. The price was competitive.

We are very pleased with the quality of work done by Tim and Sean. Every part of the process was professional and smooth. Their color consultant was very helpful when we were struggling with a color combination. While on site they were very respectful of our property and cleaned up at the end of each day. We appreciate that there was not a middle man to go through and questions could be answered by them on site. The project was finished in the time frame given. The end result is beautiful. They will be back in the spring to stain the deck.

We were very happy with the price, the quality of workmanship, punctuality and they were fun to talk to while they were in our home. They matched up the paint color we had selected that was a different brand of paint then what they recommended. We went with their recommendation based on their explanation on why the used the brand that they used. The job took two days and they were very careful with placing tall ladders on newly finished wood floor. When we need to look at exterior painting we will contact them.

I contacted Pinnacle Custom Painting during the 2012 Christmas/New Year's holidays - not the most ideal time for anyone - Tim came out and quoted the job and even started (at my request) before his co-worker returned from the holidays. I had obtained 4 quotes and Pinnacle was fairly priced and offered good advice during the project review. As our 4 day relationship grew I found both Tim and Sean worked hard, were punctual, friendly and reliable. I work in a home office (often on the phone) so I had them let themselves in each day. They offered me opinions when I requested, which I found helpful. My next projects include an exterior paint and phase II and phase III of the remodel. I will continue to request Pinnacle Custom Painting to return to my home and help with the future projects.

The remodel/update of my home has been a continuing project. This review, however, is on the complete redo of the three bedrooms. Pinnacle didn't install the new carpet in the three rooms. Because it was a logistical nightmare due to carpet installation schedule by a and quot;box storeand quot; contractor and not wanting to cause me too much inconvenience, Pinnacle agreed that the master bedroom was to be done first. Let it be known that I had an awful water bed that needed to be drained, torn down, moved down a flight of stairs and removed from the premises. This was done by the wonderful guys and apparently, made short work of it because when I returned from work that day, the room was completely stripped. Pinnacle did the tear out of the old carpet and pad as well as the old light fixture and removed closet doors. Clothing in the closet was carefully covered, protected from the over-spray of the new paint on difficult popcorn ceilings. A water damage spot was found on the ceiling and was carefully removed then re-textured. When the box of the new ceiling fan/light fixture was opened, it was discovered that it had apparently been a return - the globe was broken. After determining where it was, a co-owner of Pinnacle gladly took the receipt and fan back to the store and exchanged it. Before he left the store, he made certain that all the parts were included and that nothing was broken. Once the master was done completely with carpet installed, baseboards were touched up where scratched by carpet installers. Pinnacle even assembled the new bed, mattress included, and replaced the furniture that had been removed. Still mindful of the scheduling of carpet installation in the other two bedrooms, furniture was then removed, as well as the closet doors and light fixtures. Clothing was again carefully covered, old carpet and padding torn out and all the ceiling and wall painting was completed and new ceiling fan/light fixtures installed. After the carpet was installed, touch ups were done and furniture was moved back into both rooms. Pinnacle Custom Painting worked hard to make sure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. Each evening when I returned from work, everything had been well cleaned, with no evidence that work had been taking place, except, of course, for the beautiful newly painted walls and trim. These guys are very professional, know their stuff, are extremely helpful in color choices, work to solve and accommodate scheduling issues and are careful with property of others. It was a pleasure working with them again! And there is still more to do.

This started small, but every time a job was finished, I saw the need (or just wanted) something else done to update my home. Because of my spur of the moment decisions to do another project (the baseboards didn't match the new floor, wouldn't Travertine look better than the white porcelain back splash?), there were scheduling issues. I was promptly notified when they were able to fit my next project into their schedule. As the work progressed, it was clear that the guys enjoyed their work and took extreme pride in what they do. They paid attention to my thoughts and understood the look I was trying to achieve throughout my home. They were extremely helpful in the decision making process in several of the projects. They transformed the main living area and kitchen of my home, floors to ceiling, from dull and outdated to WOW! The pergolas are really beautiful. From the personal color consultation, careful preparation, attention to detail, to final cleanup, Pinnacle lived up to their name. This is not just another painting contractor. They are true professionals, skilled in many areas, are extremely helpful and trustworthy. They even caught my escape-artist cat when he got out through an opened door. If there is something that they are not qualified to do, they are upfront about it and look for qualified subcontractors to bid out and do the work. They will be redoing the main bathroom in the near future. If I have any other painting or home improvement projects, Pinnacle Custom Painting will be the only contractor I call.
