Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Old Town Carpet provided competitive prices, provided excellent pre-sale and post-sale customer service, very professional install, and good follow-up. Would definitely use their services again. (And I plan to, soon.)

Old Town Carpet and Rugs gave us an excellent bid for refinishing our hardwood floors and replacing our carpet. I shopped around, getting quotes from two other local companies, and his prices and timeline were much more competitive (for the exact same product and service). Their subcontractors were very professional, prompt, and kind, and they did wonderful work! We highly recommend this business!

Joe went above and beyond - we hadn't yet moved into our new home while we were getting the estimate from Joe. While he was there, I also needed to check the basement for rodents - which I really didn't want to do. He was kind enough to offer to do it for me! He got on his hands and knees and looked around in utility closets to check our traps! We ended up going with another company for a slightly different price, but I'm sure Joe would be great in any case.

It was better than amazing. Joe sent his installer over Wednesday morning and he was on time. The installer was very professional and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend this group enough!

Setup went great. Installer charged more than industry standard and work was par.

First met with the owner for an estimate, then his employee came to my house by appointment as agreed and did the carpet stretching work. It took about 3 hours. He was prompt and courteous, and cleaned up after himself.

Jo and his crew were top notch. I gave him three days to complete the job and he finished in two. I had several of the top rated carpet companies on Angieslist give me quotes for the exact carpet my wife and I picked out and Jo beat them all with his first initial bid. Also, Jo's installers were also fantastic. I'm a very meticulous person and I was not able to find one flaw with the installation.

Very professional, arrived on time, performed job requested, stuck to price we agreed upon. Overall excellent experience.

Joe was able to come and do my carpet repairs the day after I called him, and thus my carpet was looking good when guests arrived the next day. He also made arrangements with a carpet cleaning company to come and clean the carpet, saving me some work. He was very pleasant and responsive and professional. I appreciated being able to get things done so quickly and efficiently.

It went great! Joe was very friendly and professional. He worked me in after his normal hours to get the job done ASAP. He really went the extra mile, making sure the job was done correctly. And to make it even better, even though he ended up doing more work than he had originally planned he still stick with his original estimate (plus a modest amount to cover the new tack strips). I would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone else looking to have carpet work done.

Javier did beautiful work in two rooms of our house. He re-stretched our bedroom carpet and removed a lump under the carpet in the library. Javier was punctual, very pleasant, and left the repaired areas clean. Even though this wasn't a big job, the owner, Joe, called to ask about our experience. What a nice man. We would definitely use Old Town Carpet and Rugs again.

It looked like an impossible job but he did a beautiful job. He is very pleasant and did a fantastic job.

Because we were moving into this house I needed someone to restretch the carpet last minute before moving day. Joe was very accomodating was able to come out within two days. I went with him because he was the first person I could get to confirm they could come before the weekend. I found out later that other companies were cheaper, but only by $20 for the restretch. Joe was very nice and explained to me exactly why our carpet needed to be restretched as well as other areas that would need it in the future. He also was able to patch two stairs on the carpet with excess carpet he found around a heating vent as we didn't have any extra carpet left for us by the previous owners, and new pad he had in his truck. We would definitely look into using him again.

I called Old town carpet late on Friday afternoon. I received a return call on Monday morning and they were at my house that evening. Carpet was taken care of in short order. They will be my go to carpet place from now on.

very well. stretched and removed large wrinkles from carpet from 4 rooms. My 12 year old carpet was tired of being steam cleaned, and with every cleaning developed deeper wrinkles. Joe stretched the carpet and trimmed away the excess making the carpets look much better. Joe also helped me move heavy furniture. :) Veryo pleasant man who has been doing this for over 20 years. Very personable and the first impression and last were good.

price was competitive, service was excellent and installation was above and beyond- when a new subfloor was needed to be added they did so at a very reasonable cost (less then what my handiman quoted) and got the rest of the job done in the same time frame! so much better then going to the 'Big' stores!

This is the second time I have hired Old Town Carpet to install carpeting for me. Joe is professional and personable. His carpet installer did an amazing job. He carpeted the steps to the basement and they look like a work of art. Also, he installed carpet in the hall and one bedroom. The installer showed up on time, did a beautiful job and left the area spotlessly clean.
