Swimmingly! The workers were available on short notice and carpeted the entire house in 2 days!

On the sales end, Derek and his wife were very helpful steering us to carpet that was both right for what we were looking to do with both rooms and carpet we could afford. Took a while for the carpet came in, but their installation crew did it in 3/4 of a work day. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back (there was a cost for that, which we agreed to). They allowed us to keep parts of both the old carpet if we needed it, as well as what was left of the new carpet. They took up all the old pad, cleaned everything well and installed new pad and carpet. The stairs took longer given all the steps. We were quite satisfied with the sales, service and installation. This is a family-owned, local business and we try to patronize such businesses; believe they have been around for a while. Highly recommend. Ask to deal with Dock, Derek or Amy. I do have to mention that they also looked at our front library and guest bedrooms carpet, and told it just needed steam-cleaning and they referred us to a steam cleaner (Boone's) who did a great job for just over $100, which was a great deal. I was very impressed that they did not press us to replace the other carpet and helped us save some money!!!
