Mr. Lock Doc was excellent! We had all the locks re-keyed and some locks repaired. Diane and the service professionals were responsive and timely. We received service the same day we called, and all our problems were addressed completely. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

They were great. They arrived promptly at 9am the morning after we called and completed the work in a little more than an hour.

Called on a hot Saturday afternoon expecting to have to leave a voicemail and was pleasantly surprised to hear a real time voice on the other end. I explained my situation and the owner told me she would be at my location in less than 10 minutes. She and her son arrived on time and had my lock opened five minutes later!
